Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington University Area

I Stay here at least twice a month on business ....hotel is recently updated and i have never had any problems..the hotel is easily accessible and close to plenty of dining options..Sandy and Haley at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating...

They have been very nice. The room was clean and the water hot for our showers.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice large bathroom. Comfy bed. Good AC/Heat. Good water pressure. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Appx 3 miles to the Interstate

The rooms were very clean and well maintained - it is obvious the hotel has been newly renovated- esp the halls and lobby - gorgeous !
All rooms have microwave and nice sized Refrigerator.
Will return in spring for the outdoor pool !!

Clean and great value for the price. Friendly staff.The beds were incredibly comfy. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would stay again when I'm in the area.

Clean, quiet, and relaxing on weekdays. Continental breakfast was very good with many hot and cold choices. Staff are welcoming, kind, and approachable. It was the perfect spot in regards to driving distance to the surgical center near St. Joseph. It's within 2 min walking distance to the supermarket and pharmacy nearby and away from main traffic.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and best of all pet friendly! It was a nice stop over on our trip. We definitely need more hotels like this.

Quick stay while we were driving through... made a request on Choice hotels in my reservation and they accommodated my request (which is rare) and very appreciated! Room was clean and hotel was quiet even though it was full... would stay again if we were in the area! Keep up the good work!

This place is my to go stay there. Experience is top amazing. Thank you staff. Breakfast nice biscuits gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal,toast,egg, sausage, juice, coffee....etc etc yummy

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Beautiful room, awesome atmosphere and it is well maintained. I would stay there again, when I have the chance!

It got the job done, really well. The beds we're comfortable, the pillows more so. The room temperature was always as cold or as hot as I wanted it. I was very pleased with the included room amenities. Finally, on returning to my room in the evening, the bed was set, the towels were changed and it felt great.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was everything you could ask for a hotel the rooms were spacious and the cleaning service was as expected . Breakfast was ok but there are plenty of good breakfast places around. My only complains would be that there is no elevator and that the beds aren't that comfortable but their guest services was nice and Levi was a pleasure ! HUGE mini fridge and even a microwave in bedroom. I'd stay there again if it weren't for my back issues . Great for what you pay !

Needed an overnight stay while travelling -- didn't need luxury, didn't want to over-spend. This motel was a very convenient location for me to go to my favorite local family restaurant for a great meal. The facility is well-kept and the staff members always seem cordial and efficient. Their breakfast is definitely a step up from the average for motels in this price range. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the price was right. I recommend this motel to friends and family who need a nice overnight in the Bloomington/Normal area.

This hotel is far better than a 2 star hotel. Very clean with roomy rooms, a great breakfast bar, very good cleaning crew, as well as one of the nicest, classiest managers I've ever met at a hotel. If there's a complaint they are right on it to make your stay trouble free.

Overly courteous and efficient front desk staff. Kevin was working when I checked in. He goes above and beyond in being helpful. He carried my bag upstairs, got fresh coffee, told me where everything was in the hotel and nearby places to eat, shop, when & where breakfast is, AND told me if I needed anything to call him.
PLUS, they have the BEST choc chip cookies.
I recommend the Hotel big time.

If you a coming to Bloomington IL I would highly recommend this hotel, rooms are spotless, beds comfy, professional staff, friendly and helpful. Special thanks manager Sandy Patel, she goes out of her way to accommodate your every need! Breakfast is nice and hot, usually includes sausage gravy with biscuits, eggs and bacon, and waffles. Coffee is good and hot. All this for a moderate price. Try this hotel you won't be disappointed

Great staff and clean room. Peaceful area with no people around trying to bother you when outside or walking to near by restaurants or stores. Absolutely the best hotel stay I have had in a long time.

Was a very comfortable stay. They offer a workout area and pool. Used neither of these though because tired from work but they look nice. Looks like has a bowflex machine treadmill and an outdoor pool. In room was nice had a microwave and mini fridge. Very quiet. The staff was friendly as well. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a place to rest.

Great personable staff. Making consistent improvements to the hotel. Willing to help with anything you need. Out of the paces to stay in the area one of the best.
