Adrian's Shoes & Repair

I went into Adrian's for the first time a few days ago with my 86-year-old grandma to replace her worn-out Keds with a more orthopedic, supportive shoe. We were immediately helped by one friendly, knowledgeable employee who measured her and began gathering options to try on. It was refreshing to see such a young employee so patient, caring and affable - especially with a senior! She was later joined by another employee who seemed to know every brand and which was good for what, etc. She was very gentle and patient with helping my grandma try on each shoe. Her POV on fit and features was much appreciated (e.g., she called out that the larger pull/tab on the back of one shoe would make it very easy to slide on, she offered to swap out non-stretch laces with stretch ones). It's beyond refreshing to still see this kind of customer service + quality product + knowledgeable staff. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian's! They also have a pretty great and well stocked sale room, for the bargain shoppers. :)

The staff was most helpful assisting me to find a great pair of shoes. I have planter facitis and a bone spur the staff knew just what was needed. I will be back to Adrian's again. Such a relief to have assistance of someone who knows what they are doing in this day and age.

The lady that helped my was above and beyond in her service. She was very knowledgeable about posture and what was causing my old pairs of shoes to wear out. She suggested a special insert that would be helpful even with my current shoes while waiting for my ordered pair to come in. Even in my old shoes, I could feel much less pain in my lower back after walking on concrete for a few hours with the inserts. Look forward to seeing how they do with the new ones.

Because of my weight & swelling in my feet, it was hard to find shoes that fit. They (and I do mean every employee) was helping me. They found some shoes that fit better & they order it in my size. When the order came in. the shoe had a piece of elastic across the top that didn't fit well on the top of my foot. She took the shoes back to her workshop and rebuilt the top of my shoe with more given material & now I have shoes. Everyone in that store cares about their customers & helps them select a wonderful pair of shoes. For shoes, I recommend Adrian's.

I had a recent experience that was worth this 5-star rating. Jesse helped me when I visited the store. She was super kind and helpful. I needed a boot heal fixed in one day before taking a trip. It was done, perfectly, boots cleaned and conditioned. Trust this company with any of your shoe needs!

Amazing! Debbie and Brenda were SO helpful today when I first went into look for new shoes laces. Very positive and upbeat ladies! Took time to answer questions about work boots and set me up in a couple great pairs of socks. Looking forward to making my next purchase at Adrian's!

If you are like me and really enjoy your boots, but get upset when they start to wear out, almost forcing you to buy a new pair, then don't order a new pair. Come to Adrian's and get your favorite boots repaired at a cost much cheaper than buying a new pair. They did wonderful work on my boots and had them repaired in a days time. Now my boots are good to go for another hard days, weeks, or years of work.

I've purchased about five different pairs of shoes from Adrian's over the years. Spectacular product range, outstanding customer assistance. I was helped by Hanna, who was a wonderful person to help me find the best pair of shoes and inserts for my needs. Superior shopping experience, I'll be returning for many years for my footwear needs.

Excellent service. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my Keen shoes and they solved it quickly. Adrian's is a great locally owned store that our family uses for new shoes and shoe repairs. Great selection and easy parking.

My favorite shoes are a pair of brown loafers. During the past ten years, Adrian's has given them new life three times. I appreciate the customer service at the front counter and the talented shoemaker in the back room.

I always get great service when I go to Adrians. My latest example is I bought a pair of slip on casual men's shoes in June. Yesterday I notice a small area of one shoe where stitching was unraveling. I went to Adrians after work. They looked at the shoe and said I could either have them repair it but it might happen again, or they'd give me a new pair. I got a new pair. That was quite a surprise.

Today I bought a pair of low top hikers. I've previously used Adrian's to repair hiking boots and to purchase a pair of hiking boots for my son for a 12 day backpacking trek in northern NM. Service has been friendly and curteous each visit and they carry a high quality line of products I enjoy.
