Bath & Body Works

I usually never shop at Bath and Body Works to begin with-- especially with their stores always being so crowded. But they're crowded for a reason-- there's always a great sale going on and plenty of employees energetic and ready to help. Not to mention its so clean in here and smells AMAZING. All their products feel and smell great and make wonderful gifts.

The staff there really helped me to pick some very nice fragrances.Very attentive and made it easy to choose from.I will definitely refer family and friends to the location I visited in the Geneva Commons.

JAKE!! he is incredible! i always feel so welcome and cared for shopping at the geneva location with Jake. he is thoughtful and efficient. deserves a raise!!

Great smells here. Always something in sale and rewards for members. And someone is always willing to help. I usually leave with more than I expected because the products make great gifts, too.

I have to do a shout-out to their managers and in-store pick up technicians. They are super sweet and remember me literally every time I go in there. One of the managers knows the scents I like and goes out of her way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for even if it takes 10 minutes and the whole store is packed. Their customer is amazing. I've watched them get cussed out and stay a hundred percent professional the entire time and go out of their way to make the customer happy. Overall amazing store

Lashonda is the best! She was by far the most friendly employee and was super helpful. She was even dancing with us in the store and having a good time! (Appropriately of course) She helped my friend and I pick out the perfect candles and even got us more from the back to try while the store was super busy! I appreciate the hustle and hard work Lashonda! <3

I was in there today and was so happy with the customer service! I think her name was La Shonta (but don't quote me on that) and she was absolutely delightful, was so helpful and the sweetest with my friends toddler.

I really love when I go into stores with employees that are just a joy to be around and she was!

Best customer service ever. I had to exchange a bunch of candles and they were very patient with me while I chose other candles. Very pleasant expierence definately coming back to this Bath and Body. I would recommend this location to others. A thank you to Angrlica for the help.
