Love the layout of this specific B&N location- it is one of the best locations. I noticed each section is well stocked and maintained. Lots of customers shopping and browsing but it did not feel overly crowded or unpleasant. The lines were long of course due to the holiday season, but that's expected. Everything was super tidy and organized throughout the store, even in the children's section and the bargain book areas. New merchandise on displays were well done with care. Customer service was pleasant and helpful. The cafe area was clean, had plenty of seating, and friendly staff making drinks as well. Felt comfortable. One of the best!

Not gonna lie... I only stopped in here just to use the bathroom. It was critical lol BUT while making my way to the facilities, I was reminded how awesome a good bookstore is. I ended up walking around after I was done with my business and I was impressed with how organized and well-kept the store is. I didn't have time to buy before my appointment I was on my way to, but I came back afterwards and found a new book to try!

Beautiful store with friendly and helpful staff!

Good customer service and great book options. It's sad that so many book stores are gone. This one is still alot of fun to walk through and the bakery has good stuff. I still prefer having a book in my hand over reading on a screen so it's a breath of fresh air to walk in and see so many book options available. They have figures and board games too. This is one of those places that still stands tall.

Not too crowded. This location is closer to home. I enjoy my trips to Barnes & Noble. Customer service is great. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to more trips to this location this year. Sam was very helpful in explaining BN rewards. I'm all signed up now. 😊

While we don't come here too frequently (a handful of times a year), we never leave empty handed! Very nice selection of books, great layout of the store with unique gift items right up front, and always friendly cashiers/staff.
We visited most recently on 12/08 at noon. Great experience and found several books and gift items for Christmas. 5 Stars!

The people I’ve met here are like my new nerdy best friends. I can talk to them about the weird stuff I’m into, some have even seen books I would like and tell me about them when I come back in. And some have directed me on the best ways to learn a new language. (Hannah and Sam) the only two peoples names I remember, I appreciate everything.

Excellent bookstore, always friendly staff. They always have the books I'm looking for, and my kids enjoy the Children's section and checking out all the newest Legos. The coffee shop is also nice, it's great to have a Latte and check out the newest magazines. Great place to just hang out.

It's the only bookstore chain left and it's funny how much it reminds me of boarders now... but its the place you come foe new books and Manga. Lots of interesting titles and great atmosphere.

This is one of the best B&N in existence. The cafe is amazing, and the kids working the cafe are pleasant and do an amazing job. The whole staff here is pleasant, helpful, and they all do an amazing job. Every time we come here it's a great experience.

I always love finding Barnes and Nobles in the area because they do such a great job at making you feel so comfortable at their stores.

Come and lose yourself in a good book.

Love this place, I can be stuck here for hours. Everything was organized, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worth the drive!!
After having an unpleasant experience at the location that is 5 mins away from me at B&N in Algonquin, I almost lost hope until I came to this location!
The inside looks beautiful, staff is great! Management was able to help their employee with no hesitation (yes customers notice when managers do not treat their staff right). The starbucks inside looks spacious, neat, and well organized. When I asked what time they typically open at the staff member not only told me their hours for the day but weekend hours as well. Great vibes from this location! Keep up the great work!

Found exactly what we needed and we weren't rushed despite showing up shortly before closing.

We didn't need any specific help, but the cashier helped a customer that was in front of us by actually taking them across the store to help them find what they needed.

This added to our wait time to checkout, we didn't mind since we could see that the customer was very grateful for the help, and it was pretty impressive to see such service.

An enjoyable way to kill time browsing books. The selection is good, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized

Our family loves to read. We are always happy to spend time at Barnes & Nobles, where we usually get educational gifts and books for the kids.

Barnes and Nobel is always fun times and a great place to enjoy several hours. The managers are accomidating and is quite busy this time of year. Must be their customer service.

Staff was nice, checkout was quick, and I loved "Blind Date with a Book" stand!

Great selection of books, and love coming here to sit in the coffee shop to read a book I just picked out.

They actually have Pokémon product in stock!! They limited my purchase to only 2 items, which is awesome! Hopefully they will keep stuff around more often going forward.
