In spring of 2023 we were hit with one of the storms that came through and thought we had hail damage to the roof shingles. I reached out to Stanley Roofing, and Jeremy Stanley not only reviewed the house but was able to converse with our insurance company to file a claim. Jeremy walked with the adjuster, and because of his guidance we were able to have not only the shingles, replaced, but the siding as well since it was damaged.

Over the course of a few months Stanley Roofing and I reviewed the type and color of both the roof shingles and siding. They were very patient, as I reviewed and chose the siding and were very accommodating to refining and updating the house.

We ended up going with three different types of siding, horizontal S7, board and batten, and shingle. In addition, they added the white trim to the windows to match the corners, and they worked with us to add both a window, and a three pane sliding door. In addition, the house has a side car garage door that was covered under the claim, and Stanley Roofing provided access to talk to the garage door installer to ensure that we had the door we were looking for installed.

I cannot say enough about Stanley Roofing, and the crew that they have to install the materials. All were very professional, and the work is well done as exhibited in the pictures. If anything ever happens again, I know exactly who to call first.

Stanley Roofing did a great job of tearing off our siding and old rotten wood, and making our house look like a different home entirely after. Being located in Chicago, it can be tricky to navigate this kind of renovation with the proximity to the neighbors, but I was impressed with their worker's speed and quality. Reina and Shane were on top of everything throughout the process, and were a pleasure to work with. As a real estate broker, I will absolutely be keeping their information on hand, as I feel full confidence in referring them in the future.

Jeremy and his team did incredible work on our siding and roof. I was under a time constraint, and they worked with me to expedite the project. Their communication was great from start to finish and the whole crew was top notch. I would highly recommend their services.

Stanley Roofing was a happy accident. Our insurance adjuster brought them out and we met Jesse and Christina. We were initially only going to make a claim for our roof but after Jesse’s initial evaluation, we found we had damage much more extensively, specifically on our gutters, siding, roof and window casings. Through Christina’s patience and dedication, they got all of our damage covered by insurance and more. It was a really great experience. Once they were done, there were a few issues with finish work and when we reached out, they sent out someone to repair it the next day. Jeremy is very responsive and helpful. Christina gave us weekly updates on the process and overall so happy we found them! We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for exterior work!

Work Crew was here on time, prompt delivery of materials. I had windows replaced. The crew lead by Anton knew all the specifications of window installing. Replaced a rotted sill, got the job done in one day. Answered all my questions patiently and I had a lot of them. Would highly recommend Stanley Roofing Co for any window replacement. The owner Jeremy Robins worked with me on my order and answered any questions I had. They did the trim work also. Great job Stanley!!!

I was working with Mike Walsh at Stanley Roofing and he was always available for any questions and concerns we had regarding our roofing, siding and gutters. Was very pleased with our final results. Had one minor issue with the electrical for one of our 5 outdoor light fixtures which he had resolved same day with an electrician Mike Robins and we were and are extremely pleased with everything they did for us!! Stanley’s roofing did an amazing job..from the beginning with my rep Jonathan keeping me up to date with my insurance claims and next steps..the laborers being respectful and efficient. They handled all the back and forth with my insurance company ultimately helping me with a new roof, siding, gutters, and garage door! Stanley roofing went above and beyond what I expected and highly recommend their services..family owned which I like even had the opportunity to interact with the owner and his dad! Little things like this made me very comfortable throughout the whole process!

Jeremy and his Stanley Exterior crew were amazing! We had storm damage and filed a claim with our insurance. The insurance company sent out an adjuster that was going to give us $800 for damage initially. Jim from Stanley met with the adjuster for a second inspection and pointed out damage and from there and was able to get approval for whole roof replaced! Tammy from Stanley went above and beyond with pointing out and submitting photos of additional hail damage. She even went so far as to pull our local building codes and was able to get the whole house sided approved too! The patience they had with working with us and our insurance company was unbelievable. The cleanliness of the both roofing & siding contractors was immaculate- no mess, nails or scraps left behind! Highly recommend Stanley- they will be the only exterior contractor we will use! -Included after and before photos.

Stanley Roofing Co. and Jeremy helped to ensure that our house was repaired after we had sustained damage from a storm in spring of 2023. The initial inspection was easily coordinated with our schedules in mind; the feedback from the inspection was clear and informative (with pictures of the damage provided); the follow-up contacts were purposeful and helped us to coordinate with our insurance company to ensure that all applicable damages were appropriately covered and repaired or replaced. Jeremy consulted directly with us on color options for our shingles, siding, and gutters and took the time to share multiple samples and options for styling. Jeremy was a great contractor to work with. He identified issues with our roof due to storm damage and handled all the communication with our insurance company. We were told by other roofers that insurance would not cover our issues and they were right to a point. It would take some extra work, and several follow-ups with the insurance company, but Jeremy got our roof covered by insurance. It was a lot of dedication and legwork on his part to make this happen. He worked with me and my wife on picking out colors of roofing and gutters, fascia, and soffits. He handled the crews that came out to do the work and insured that the work was done properly and in a timely way. When the insurance company called me with questions, I referred them to Jeremy and he handled those questions. Nice work by Jeremy and team.

Jeremy was awesome to work with and did a great job getting State Farm what they need and was even able to get my insurance claim to be able to cover all of my siding, roofing and gutters in addition he threw in a skylight (that I asked for) and reflashing up a deteriorated chimney (that I had to get rebuilt) in as well. He really was able to go above and beyond and was able to turn a horrible experience with a previous contractor into an amazing, easy one getting me more than I thought I would through the insurance claim.

Stanley Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement. They were totally professional, stopping over at the home with samples and making sure we picked out the right shingles and gutters. The team was efficient, polite and respectful. The quality of the new roof is great and clean up afterwards was impeccable.
