Rooftop Designs

Our story is that we had a roof that had 2 leaks, hail damage and gutters that did not move water away from the house. In one case, water flowed over the gutter, ran down the sliding and came into the dining room and ruined the wall board and insulation. In another event we had ceiling damage in our master bedroom and our garage roof.

We got three quotes, but Mark from Rooftop Designs evaluated our roof and gutter problems, gave us accurate insight for what was causing those problems, spent an hour with us showing us materials and why we would benefit. He was the one sales rep that took the time and answered every one of our questions – He also noticed many issues the other roofers did not - Those sales reps were brief, vague on specifics, didn’t spend more than 15 minutes with me and didn’t follow up.

Scheduling for the roofing and new gutters went very smoothly – so did the installation. What I can say is that everyone was professional, on time and did an excellent job. There were no problems. Everything was done right the first time.

It’s been a month since we got our new roof and gutters. All water problems are gone. The house looks excellent, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to any of my friends, relatives, and business colleagues – Rooftop Designs is that good.
In Illinois, the cost of hiring someone to work on any part of a home is high – contractors usually want to charge too much for too little work and too little quality. Rooftop Designs fees were reasonable, and the work was very high quality. I have no buyer’s remorse for anything they did on our home.

I recently had my roof replaced by Rooftop Designs. Before choosing which contractor I was going to use, I got a total of 3 quotes. I chose Rooftop because they use high quality shingles Certain Teed, which I happened to you at a previous house and was very happy of the look and quality.
The work started pretty quickly after finalizing shingle selection. The crew was timely and very professional They kept landscaping covered to avoid damage and cleaned up on each day.
The job took two days and I was very happy with the final results. Within less than an hour after the installers left, I got multiple compliments from nearby neighbors.
I would highly recommend them to neighbors, fried and family. They did a great job!

I have nothing but nice things to say about RoofTop Designs. Their team is very professional and hard working from Sales (Joe) to the regional manager (Steve). Steve came several times during and after the roof work to see how it was going (which I don't see many managers do). He answered any question we had and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Their crew are a team of hard workers who were also very considerate and polite!

After calling a few companies , we had our roof replaced with Rooftop Designs early this month. Everyone from Joe (sales) to Steve was a pleasure to work with. We ended up choosing them because of the quality product (Certain Teed) that they sold, and you can tell when a company stands behind the product they sell. On the day of install the team of guys were here early, did a great job with tear off and install even working thru some heavy rain downpours. They worked until 9pm to get the job done. Very pleased with the work and the cleanup was good. Certainly not the lowest quote we received, but when you look at the quality product as well as the wonderful installation that was done, it was worth every penny! I highly recommend this company !

Rooftop Design where very professional, and this was the one thing they really made me feel comfortable with having a contractor do the work. The young men that install my Roof and Gutters clean up after themselves and they completed the work in a timely fashion. this was the best choice that I could have made and the price was great. Working with Rooftop Designs was a very good experience. I would recommend them because the whole process from meeting up with the agent and getting a pricing down was very professional. They did an excellent job on the roof and garage.

I replaced 40 windows in my home on the lake we bought Provia triple pane windows with a custom painted window on the outside. We also replaced the front door and patio doors I love the products in my home. The process was easy and we got the best price out of the multiple estimates we received. Rooftop was always there to walk me through the process and answer the many questions and changes i made to the job.

We had a roof reshingled. Rooftop designs sent out a team who removed the old shingles and reshungled the roof. The team they sent out were very professional and did an excellent job. They were quick and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Both Rooftop Design and the team they sent out deserve a 5 Star rating.

Our new roof looks fantatstic. Materials were delivered on a Monday and the roof was installed on Tuesday. Rooftop Designs did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them.

My rental property in New Lenox, IL, had a leaky roof, and the gutters were shot - they leaked in several places. My wife gave me a flyer for a special that was being run by Rooftop Designs. They were offering free gutters with any new roof installation. I called the number on the flyer. Salesman Joe met me for the estimate. He was very professional and courteous. We went with the Certainteed shingle system because of the high quality materials and 50-year warranty included. We are very pleased with the job that was done, and we saved A LOT over the other estimates we had received. The free new gutters was the icing on the cake. We first noticed a roof problem through dripping into our light fixtures. We obtained a few quotes.

We were impressed right away by the detailed answers to our questions. We also appreciated that they offered great warranties on the shingles, labor and workmanship. In fact they offered the best warranties amongst the other contractors we talked to.

Steve worked with us throughout the entire process and was very patient making sure every detail was done to our satisfaction. He always responded quickly and professionally. Steve and the workers were all very patient with the numerous questions we had and making sure we understood what work was being performed.

Steve worked with us on pricing and gave us some nice discounts and upgrades, such as an upgrade in our downspouts.

We feel so much safer now because we discovered during the tear-off that we had 9 boards that were severely ruined and needed replacement. Steve again worked with us on pricing for replacing that many boards.

We are extremely pleased with Rooftop designs! My roof and gutters look amazing. The gentleman working are very perfessonal, get it done in a very timely manner. We had damage due to a tornado in August. We had 3 different quotes by contractors before contacting Rooftop Designs, they were definitely not ones to take advantage of storm victims because of $$ being recieved by home owners insurance! RoofTopDesign: The installers arrived on time, completed the work with efficiency in one day, and left the area cleaned. After one week, the second portion of the job – gutter installers – arrived and were extremely tidy and quick to complete this last installation step.
