This is a great pawn shop for all things gaming and technology, among MANY other things! The owner, Eddie, provides excellent customer service and gives fair prices. My kids and I love coming here . It’s definitely a hidden gem! We highly recommend!!

Cannot begin to say how awesome this place is. Not only are Eddie and Tom the nicest people, but they are also super knowledgeable about absolutely everything in their store. A must go to for all your music (and anything else!) needs. They are so helpful, and really go above and beyond for their customers. Great products that they stand behind too. Would go here for anything! Best pawn store around!

First time here and it was a great experience. Excellent customer service, friendly, fair prices and most of all very honest!! I brought in some old scrap gold jewelry and he took the time and explained everything to me step by step as he checked it, weighed it and Input the weight into the computer. Highly recommend!!!

Tom was excellent, very nice & overall a clean and well maintained establishment. Tom even acknowledged my 5 year old son and helped us the whole time we were there making us feel great leaving and being there.

The many times I’ve come here, the many times I’ve been satisfied with the service. Helped me out with fixing my macbook my drum machine and eddy able to help me out, couldn’t be more thankful.

One of the best and most friendly pawn places I know the staff is always nice, friendly and super helpful and have helped out alot and I have nothing but amazing things to say and can't thank them enough for making my experience and business with them a very pleasant one. I cannot recommend the folks at Big ALS Pawn enough. The staff are some of the friendliest and most honest people out there. When you walk in, it definitely doesn't feel like you are walking into a pawn shop. They help when they can and try to give a fair price to their customers. It's also always interesting to see what new stuff comes in from time to time. They will continue to have my business.

This place is the best! I brought in a PS4 for some cash in between paychecks and they offered me a great price! And everyone was super friendly! I will definitely be coming here in the future for any other pawns, sells or purchases! Also their guitar selection is impressive!

Great experience. Eddy and her staff were very kind and patient. I wanted to sell some old estate jewelry and scrap gold and I felt they offered fair prices. They treated everyone who came in with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stopped into Big Al's Trading on a whim today. The store is clean and organized. Met Eddie who is extremely friendly and helpful. Ended up walking out with a drum set and hardware for an exceptionally reasonable price! Had a great first time experience with these guys. Definitely coming here again!

EDDY IS AWESOME!!!! HE HAS GIVEN ME GREAT DEALS EVERY TIME IVE COME INTO HIS STORE!!! WHENEVER I NEED A GUITAR OR PARTS HES ALWAYS WILLING TO MAKE A FAR DEAL!!! He doesn’t rip people off like other shops!!!! And his staff when he is not there knows that. His staff will hook you up with great deals as well!!! If you love music and playing any instrument they will hook you up! They are about making people happy with there purchase and NOT about just making a buck off of you. Big Al’s is run by a family man and a family man always knows best!
