Our experience of purchasing a 3-piece living room set was nothing short of amazing. The floor support (Diane) was very knowledgeable of the various pieces and we were provided with great feedback to help us in our purchasing decision. Martin’s provided excellent post-purchase support when we needed it. We were very pleased with the overall experience and we will be returning for any future home-furnishing needs.

Bought a recliner from Martin's furniture 2 years ago. One of the rivets in that base assembly broke. The chair was under warranty and they ordered the replacement base. My chair was fixed in a little over a week. The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend Martin's furniture for your furniture needs and service. Great company!

I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at Martin’s Home Furniture in Bloomington. I’m an avid lover of vintage and rarely buy new furniture but we needed a couch last year and I was done buying used couches. We visited Martins and fell in love with a MCM inspired sectional. The couch was more than we’ve ever spent on furniture in our 40 years of life but it was beautiful and I liked that it had usb chargers on each side. A year later we noticed one of those chargers stopped working, called Martin’s and they made it right within just a couple days and hand delivered a new part to fix it. Only a week after that we noticed the frame cracked and the legs crooked on two pieces of our sectional. Begrudgingly thinking our thousands of dollars we spent on a new couch didn’t even provide us 13 months without it breaking - we called Martin’s to see if there was anything they could do. they inspected the pieces- brought it back to their warehouse to fix in house and delivered it good as new the next day because the damage fit within the excellent warranty specs. The customer service and loyalty to their warranty and guaranteed satisfaction of your purchase is apparent here. This was worth every penny we spent because of the excellent service! Thank you Martin’s! Whenever we decide to buy new again we will be back!

I purchased a couch recently from Martin’s and was very pleased with how helpful they were with my purchase. The selection was good and the pricing was fair with delivery included.
I had a small issue with the couch and Brad Martin was extremely helpful in helping me resolve this. I will definitely be a return customer.

High quality furniture here. Just bought a couple of couches and chair and the prices were great for flexsteel. Would recommend for anyone wanting lasting furniture.

We are very fortunate to have Martin’s Home Furniture! They are a family owned business that takes pride in the high quality products and friendly customer Service. The store always has a huge inventory with numerous fabric options if your style is not available.
Unlike so many other furniture dealers, they sell merchandise that is right there on the floor! You don’t have to sit 6 months. Their prices are reasonable too.
Diane is currently working with me. She has gone out of her way to research prices and availability and communicates frequently so I’m always in the know!
I highly recommend Martin’s Home Furniture located east of Hershey and between Culver’s and Rob Dobs. If shopping for furniture make you hungry, you will in the right place for sure!

The staff were less pushy than another place we went yesterday. The selection mystified me a bit, in that there wasn't a consistent style throughout. I think that's a good thing,but the variety was a challenge in my mind to sort through. The main, huge plus in this post-pandemic market was that Martins had furniture on hand, and the other place was an 8 month wait on almost everything. I would have gladly spend more money on another piece at the other place if I didn't have to wait the better part of a year to get it. Martins won, just for that reason alone.

Brad was so easy to work with. I had started working with another store
who didn't seem to think it was necessary to respond. He was very responsive and didn't seem to be annoyed by my few calls and questions.
The delivery men were excellent. Very careful with the furniture and with our house. So helpful since my husband had an injury. Thanks again guys! Lori S

Went there as we were customers of their East Peoria store. Quality furniture. Was able to find 2 chairs on the floor we liked. Got delivery within a week. Super pleased with whole experience.

Amazing selection and great people. Kendra was great to work with. She helped design our whole place. Fair prices easy to work with. The owner checked on us as well which was nice too.

Not pressured to buy. Sandy respected my price range and found the sofa and recliner for me! I'll go back to Martin's for my furniture needs!

I have been to quite a few furniture stores in town. Martins has a great selection and they don’t push you into buying just to make a sale. Angie was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and she has a great eye for what items go well together. I highly recommend her!

Diane Catton has been awesome to work with....very friendly and knowledgable, and was prompt to return emails to answer questions after my initial visit. She helped me select a new sofa, loveseat, and recliner set. I had never been to Martin’s before, and was really impressed with the quality and selections available. I looked at several stores around town and kept coming back to Martin’s (in my opinion, the beat overall quality and style), so ended up buying from them. I will definitely be back for any future furniture purchases.

I recently purchased a sofa and love seat from Martin's. The inner cores were filled with feather/down. This resulted in the cushions rolling and the sofa and love seat looking flat and unkept . I contacted Brad at Martin's and after contacting the Rowe company, the cores were replaced by a different type of material. Brad handled this quickly and efficiently.I was also impressed with the Rowe company for their handling of this situation also. Even the process of taking my old cushions in and having the new cores put in them was done very fast and professionally. The employees that Brad has working for him are excellent. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

I'm a first time customer and I couldn't be MORE satisfied with my experiences with Diane. Friendly, professional, super to work with. Prices are terrific, lots to choose from.

I highly recommend Martins Home Furniture. The locally owned and operated store recently repaired the recliner we bought from them 10 years ago. The manufacturer sent the wrong replacement part numerous times; however, they persisted and our recliner is as good as new!

The switch quit working on my power recliner. I called the store and they had a repair man out the same day. He was very polite, quick and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Thank you Martins!

Friendly staff and many options to select from for furniture. Most the display furniture were for sale as well. Fair prices with some below $1,000 and some above $2,000. Received free shipping as we live in town. Love our new couch!
