Hampton Inn & Suites Bloomington-Normal

The Bloomington-Normal hotel was the best Hampton Inn in which I have stayed. The place was spotless. Very attentive staff. A nice, conveniently setup room (in the 2 queen beds room). Looked very much the part of a more expensive hotel. I came in from the east on I-74 and had a long & slow trip to the hotel. When I left in a westward direction, the trip to the interstate was fast and easy.

This is a great location. The staff is helpful, I talked to them on the phone before my trip and they were able to accommodate me. It's nice to see the customer service still exists.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Many times I am given an unexpected upgrade. And the breakfast is always absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Great customer service. Front desk people were really nice and appreciated our business. A really nice Hampton Inn. This was one night after a bad experience at a competitor in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, quiet hotel and easy wifi access. Tried the free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised.

Front desk staff was courteous and very professional. Room and gym were clean and complimentary headphones were a nice added bonus! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Very good variety of fresh fruit and hot teas. Worth getting there before 8:30.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Every time I walked past staff they always smiled and said hello (multiple staff members). The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. The HOT breakfast is really good. Overall it has a very warm feel to it and I am grateful for really good customer service anymore. Kudos to the staff!!!

Highly recommend this hotel, it was well worth the price. We stayed 3 nights, beds were comfy, hotel desk staff were really nice, breakfast was decent. We were traveling from Florida to Utah and this hotel was an amazing one to rest your head and spend time with family.

We were very late arriving and there was no problem with checking in the room. The front desk was friendly. Our rooms were a short walk- welcome, after a very long day. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Had a great breakfast in the morning. I don’t like a lot of foods and they had several options for me. Nice to see a hotel breakfast open- may have no reopened from COVID. But this charges our batteries for a long drive home. I’m very thankful they provided a safe, comfortable, clean place for me and my family. Thank you.

I had recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a few days while in town. I was immediately blown away by how friendly the front desk staff was upon check-in, especially Laney. She took my questions for things to do in town and food along with my dad jokes in stride with a smile and professionalism. Including a great rec for a local place known as "Destihl" which is conveniently located right by the hotel. Jacques was also very helpful pointing me out to constitution trail and some of the local parks.

Perfect location, clean and spacious suites at a good price. Bedding set is excellent, you can sleep like a baby. They have coffee available 24 hrs, one of my favorite amenities. Definitively a place to come back.

We have stayed at other hotels in this city and this is best hotel out of all of them. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. I am in a wheelchair and I loved that the room was huge so I had space to get around. It wasn’t even a handicap accessible room and it was extra spacious. There are hot drinks always available in the lobby and the breakfast was great! There were omelettes, bacon, potatoes, and plenty of other options! It’s also in a great location with plenty of restaurants around if you’re looking for a meal.

My room looked great I had to wake up early and get back to work but it was clean and very well put together so I was fine. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly also they serve breakfast it was great I ate so much Lol, I would recommend this place if you're in the area and its not expensive for the caliber of rooms they have five stars.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The employees are very friendly and outgoing. I've been here twice and will return again the next time I am in the area.

When I come back to my hometown to visit, I always stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. This hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. They promptly greeted me at check in & I was checked in within a timely manner.

The room was very clean, warm, and inviting. I had no issues throughout my entire stay. Breakfast was nice, hot, & fresh. Many selections were offered for breakfast.

Clean room. Updated and very nice. Stayed in room #106. I thought it would be very noisy but it was very quiet. Coffee in lobby is amazing. Cameron at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Pool is open and hot breakast was great.

We visited again in 5/13. The room was clean the alarm clock was broken. The staff was great. We will be staying there again. We have a student at Illinois State University. This is a very convenient place to stay.

We visited again on 2/18 and 2/19. The room was great. The hotel was very quiet and a great place to stay. The room was very modern looking. The staff was very polite. The room was well maintained. The hotel was very quiet. We were there because my daughter is going to attend Illinois State University. The clerk that checked us in is a student at ISU a she talked to our daughter about the University. It was very friendly.

Great, understanding front desk staff. Had a long and challenging day, and it took awhile for me to get checked in (no fault of the hotel — miscommunication on mine and my family’s end), but the person managing the front desk made it a much less stressful experience for me. Thank you!

Room was nice, pool was great and a nice quaint workout space. Free coffee all day and night and free breakfast all at a good price for family fun. Clean and no mask police here, but wear one if you want! Great overnight stay and when in the area will definately be back!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control. We thought we had booked our room for two nights, but mistakenly only booked for one. When we went to the front desk to ask if we could extend our stay, the manager originally quoted us a fairly high rate, but eventually got it down to something more reasonable. That was incredibly appreciated.
