Quad

The quad is beautiful in every season! Year after year I'm blown away by how well kept the grounds are. The space is well-lit and has lots of space for students to hang out. I always really loved how close together everything is at ISU, making it easy to walk from place to place.

Lots of great memories here. I took my wife recently to show her around my old stomping grounds before the students were back in school.

They've done a wonderful job with the landscaping and upkeep of the whole area. Very nice! I can imagine the students are once again enjoying the picturesque surroundings as they're now back for the fall semester. All the best, Redbirds!

The prettiest quad in Illinois! Well-maintained, plenty of places to sit and meet, and open areas for other activities.

The Quad is surely a go-to spot for beautiful photos! Between the architecture and the greenery, so much photo creativity can come from such a gorgeous area.

What a great beautiful quad and a very cool campus. It's a great place to go for a walk on a nice summer day or evening.

Had a nice walk in the quad this morning.

It was fun and serene. Suitable for the welcome week and back to school activities.

Pretty place, it's cold most of the time and no one seems to know how to turn the heat up. If it weren't for that, the pathways are always clear of snow and ice, it is a very nice place to relax in the summer spring and fall. I always find a nice place to relax and offers a nice break in between classes!

Monday night concerts on the quad in July.
Just saw Ashley Lewis and Legacy. Pretty good bluegrass.
Music starts at 7PM and usually lasts an hour and a half.

Enjoyed the scenery. I have friends that are alumni of Illinois State University,so we visit about every 2 years. I always buy a 👕 to represent for them 😊

51 weeks out of the year this is one of the nicest campus quads I've seen and is a solid 5 stars.

The 52nd week, however, is the week Brother Jed comes to visit. I rate that week alone a single star.

I went down there to shoot a graduation photoshoot the grounds are fantastic and the students the culture seems to be that of young spirited and credible people who are going to make a difference in the world if you have never visited this place you should think about doing a college tour there with your child surround them by young intelligent smart people they can only be successful in life I was quite impressed with this place

The quad is a central park for the ISU campus. It's a welcoming place with plenty of trees and flowers to relax to music or just meditate. Several spots for outdoor studying

Gorgeous area to jog or walk through. I love the maintenance done during the spring and summer months with flowers and beautiful trees! A beautiful quad!

Many events as such Students welcome week party, Holi celebration, ISU Festival and many more occur within the quad. It is surrounded by campus buildings and 5 mins walk to Milner library and Bone Student center. 5 mins walk to uptown station as well as Marriot and Hayyat plaza too.

Great college in Illinois. Beautiful campus area. Worth a walk around even if you don't go to ISU...

My brother, an ISU alumni brought me here to see his school. I now wish I had gone to school here. It is crazy awesome.

It's beautiful. Very different from when I graduated in 1979, but I truly enjoyed the visit.

I was here for graduation photos with my girlfriend. This place is so beautiful. I love how much greenery is around you.
