The grave is at 40.4692986, -88.9869722 It's located between two bushes under a large tree, and near the road on the east side of the cemetery. The entrance to the cemetery is on its west side. Look for the "Evergreen Memorial Cemetery" pin and navigate to that.

L. Frank Baum named Dorthy Gale after his niece Dorthy Gage who died at the age of five months. A dead tree near her grave is carved in the likeness of Dorthy and Toto and is beautifully done. Dorthy’s grave is set back a little ways from the carving. It is an interesting stop if you are in the area.
