Access Dental & Orthodontics

My 4 y/o daughter had her first cleaning this week. The staff made us very comfortable and her experience so easy and pleasant. They so conveniently were able to provide me with a cleaning the same day! Grateful for no new fears thanks to all of the amazing care.

Brought my boys for the first time ever. They both have autism and need a little extra time to be comfortable. My oldest absolutely loved Dr Neeli and D.A Araceli and demanded he returns every 6 months. My little guy was very hard to be examined but D.A Erika was beyond patience and understanding. She did not force him to be examined she understood his needs and got him checked out the best she could. We will definitely be coming back for the outstanding care! Thank you Access Dental!!

Dr Neeli and DA Areceli were great. I have a big fear of dentistry work of any kind. They took care of my I a positive manner. They did not get upset when I had to have them stop. I am glad I found them when I had to look for a new dentist.

This office is amazing! I have major anxiety and trauma from past Dr’s and i felt so at ease here. I had 2 molars pulled with no pain. Thank you guys sooo much. (Celi) you are amazing thank you for holding my hand and pushing me through it it.

We've recently moved to the area and we were looking for a good family dentist for our kids and self. After much research, we came across Access Dental in Normal and went today for our 6 year olds dental appointment here. Now, he has some anxiety about the dentist and is a fidgety little guy sometimes so we were hoping for a good visit here being the first time coming- and I must say we were so happy, the whole staff is so excellent! They were patient and so wonderful letting him get settled and feel comfortable enough to settle in a bit to do our X-rays, cleaning and sealants. From reception to end, everyone here made it a warm,pleasant experience for him and we look forward to our next visit with you guys! (I had to leave a review because it's hard to find a good dentist with younger kids sometimes and the experience was excellent here so I definitely recommend you guys!)

I had a cracked filling on a broken tooth. They replaced my filling and even gave me a new side to my tooth while waiting for a hopeful crown. It was easy, they were fantastic. I can’t wait to go back.

This dentist was so good. She is smart, planned the treatment
well. She worked well with my special needs, sensory son. She did excellent work and he wasn't the easiest patient. Highly recommended.

I have had a few appointment here recently and Dr. Neeli and the dental assistant Araceli were polite, comforting, and easy to understand. My appointments are always a breeze and I am always well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

Having lived here almost all my life, I have been to many dentists in town. Many are still around. Most of them move you in and out to see as many patients as possible, and make me feel uncomfortable or not important. I found Access dental as a last resort through my insurance. The one before, which I won't name (Near HyVee) is HORRIBLE. At my last appointment at that one, I got up and walked out. Anyway, I won't go into detail because I'm writing to say positive things about Access dental, Dr Neeli and her wonderful team. My 12 year-old son also goes there now. We always feel valued and respected of our individual needs. Dr Neeli is calming and patient and she explains everything and takes time to listen to questions and concerns. I especially enjoy working with one of her assistants, Erika. She's always friendly and professional. She knows what she's doing and I know she is passionate about what she does and who she sees there. I have never been a fan of going to see the dentist, but that had now changed. I never thought a tooth extraction could ever be almost enjoyable - imagining Bill Murray at the dentist in Little Shop of Horrors. It was nothing like that. Dr Neeli and Erika put me right at ease and I felt like a their only patient and not just a number on their system. I look forward to going back each time. My son loves it here too, and that means a lot to me. Thank you Dr Neeli and Erika! I'll see you again soon!

I have a huge fear of the dentist. In my past, i’ve had horrible experiences and when I let the dentist and dental assistant know, they were so kind. They let me listen to my music, made sure to rest when I felt some pain, and informed me on everything they were doing. I had Ericka the dental assistant and Dr. Neeli I believe. Going back and instead of being scared, I am excited! Would 10/10 recommend.

Took my son for an emergency exam. He ended up needing to get two teeth pulled. EXCELLENT team. The two receptionist were friendly. My son hygienist Karen was very friendly, patient, and overall awesome. The dentist was also very polite and gentle. First time in a long time having a good experience at the dentist. My son is no longer in pain thanks to u guys. Thank you guys again.

The beat service ever received! I’ve never had such a personable experience at a dentist. They had worked around some issues with staffing as well to see me!

Okay so my review is on customer service because for me that's most important with any business. The front desk girl, Kiarri truly fits the bill. She is always smiling, showing her beautiful teeth. I don't know if she uses the Dentist there but it makes me want a smile like hers. I love being greeted by her. Thanks!

Went here to get two root canals done, a cavity filled and needed a chipped tooth fixed. Only took two visits. And got the best service I’ve ever had going to the dentist. Nurse Araceli made me feel so comfortable while getting shots in my mouth. She held my hand and spoke with a soft voice and made the experience a good one. And Dr. Neeli did an amazing job on my teeth. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in to get a 6 month check up with Dr. Neeli and had Arauli as my dental assistant. Both were extremely gentle and talked everything through each step! Both were amazing and I have no complaints. Listens to my concerns and the decor of the office is so cute! I love a business that has a home like feeling.

They always do an amazing job and actually care for you. They even Are able To adjust according to your personal means. For example, I have Been told by many dentist That I have a smaller than normal mouth. So they were willing to use a smaller X-ray for me so that I was more comfortable. They even accept my insurance (molina)
