Park Hill Cemetery

I simply love this cemetery. The office folks are nice. I don’t know how you loose an order, but they have poor follow thru and it took several years before the death year was placed on Mom’s marker. I do not live locally to nag. I gave them a 5 because of well kept grounds. We have much of both sides of my family residing there. There are 19 lots with 7 empty.

My mom's buried here and a lot of family members I think its a decent place to be laid to rest

The employees at this cemetery are polite to you in person yet rude and disrespectful to you behind your back. My father has been buried here for over a year and they have yet to plant any grass over him. We have struggled to purchase a headstone and because of this you are treated like a second class citizen. Every time we purchase an acceptable form of grave decoration to place on his grave they disrespectfully remove it without asking and either throw it away or bring it to the office for you to pick up because it isn't a headstone decoration to them. Example being the flower grave wreath I purchased that I recently discovered was thrown away. We finally paid off the balance of my fathers headstone almost 2 months ago and it finally just got ordered a couple days ago due to an extremely long struggle with lost paperwork and my mother having to go in twice to resign paperwork. We were hoping to have my father's headstone in place by his birthday or fathers day, but due to employee mishaps that opportunity has been missed.

If I could put negative or no star I would this place has the worst service known to man I paid for burial and headstone on February 23 2015 in full 2.5 years later headstone still not in place they still had NOT orderd it . I was in town on July 2,2017 went to visit the grave site no headstones so i called them they promised by August 7th it would be in place.. They still don't have it.. more excuses all they say is it got overlooked

If I could take all my loved ones and place them in Evergreen I would!
