Friendly neighborhood for the most part, apartments are good size, and my kids love the play area outside. Very thankful to live here. ❤

Great apts polite workers good neighborhood

I love it here, most of my upstairs neighbors I can here talking about me all the time but besides that big apartment nice size everything and I'm going to enjoy living here

Tidy grounds adequate apartments, depends who your neighbour's are. Some are not too tidy.

The hallways dirty and the housing has roaches. The neighbors are loud and the doors outside are broken. The good things are the hot water and heating 😡.

The manager Karen Cook is crazy. She acts like she's your friend in the beginning to get you to rat out people she doesn't like but she will than turn on you. She has her spies that will rat people out for things that aren't even true. She allows people that she likes to allow people to move in that have money but the person's rent doesn't ever change so she allows people to steal from the government. She lies and curses at residents or old ones. Roaches are all over along with pot smoking and people selling pot. Her "spies" can get arrested or get tickets for very bad behavior like spitting on people or throwing drinks on them and does nothing. I left because I was sick of this woman driving around the property at all hours of the night and towing people's car's there who live there and have stickers. Run from this woman because she doesn't care about you. She's crazy and a old hag who NEEDS to retire or be fired. The police know all about her and most DON'T like her. Beware of her and please don't go there.

Orlando Northbrook Estates is Horrible it’s dirty the roaches are bad the landlord don’t listen to her tenants they be shotting the kids break the lock doors people that don’t stay there just walk n the building sit on the stairs smoke n the hallways kids play in your bell it just horrible
