The coaches are exceptional! Love the high-energy workouts that are accompanied by weight training as well. There are always modifications available if needed. Every workout is different and I find myself looking forward to the next class! I highly recommend this gym and the staff

I can always count on a great workout! I love that we’re focused on building strength and burning calories at the same time. The coaches are always very motivating and inspire you to keep pushing through the last rep. It’s also great that they are willing and able to modify exercises as needed which helps when my knees are having off days.

Surge Fitness is an AWESOME gym! Great owners/coaches - Chris and Ashley - which you get cardio and actual weight lifting workouts. Best decision I have made in choosing Surge Fitness for all my fitness needs and wants.

I was very nervous to take a chance on going to a gym. Since I hadn't been to a gym in years. For me the gym use to be nothing but weights. My wife and I joined together (she had been to another gym) so she had some experience. WOW I thought I was in ok shape, but after one session I realized this should have been a part of my life style years ago.
THANKS TO THE TEAM AT SURGE FITNESS.
Their knowledge and willingness to help make it fun, we look forward to every class.
If you have been thinking about getting in shape .......STOP THINKING.... AND DO IT!!!!!

Great coaches and environment to workout. Group workouts with personal touches for members based on their own fitness levels, strengths and weaknesses. Love it here. 5 stars.
