HB Electric Company did a great job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received on the installation of a chandelier, ceiling fan, and exterior light fixture. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. I was worried about the chandelier in our foyer because it has over 50 glass flutes that needed to be unwrapped and installed but they happily took on the task and it is beautiful. I highly recommend HB Electric Company and will be using them again for upgrading our smoke alarms.

Took me a while to get to this but we used CBH to finish a project we just couldn’t finish - 8 can lights, 2 dimmers and 2 fan switches. Cameron was responsive, on time, clean, efficient, and a fair price. He was even kind enough to give my twins Yeti water bottles. Would recommend!

When we had an outlet/light switch in our office that wasn't getting any power, I called HB Electric Company. It was really simple to schedule an appointment. I received SMS and emails reminding me of the appointment. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. He swiftly identified and resolved the problem. This company comes highly recommended!

HB Electric Company came out right away and got rid of the old wiring, they made very few holes in the wall which are to be repaired by their plasterer. They cleaned up after themselves, and everything works fine now. Plus I have the satisfaction of knowing I now have all up to date wiring and everything is now safe. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend them.

I called Thames Electrical Services on short notice and thankfully they were able to come the same day. The electrician was amazing. He was very professional and he did an outstanding job. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

He was able to come out the next day and fix a bad outlet. Very nice guy and did really great work!

What is with a $250 fee for an estimate? I am looking at 5-6k of work. If you cannot give a free estimate to compare to others, hard pass.

I just want everyone who uses this company to be prepared for the amount of money they charge to install a simple GFCI outlet! They just charged my wife 175$ to install. And almost 300$ to install an exterior light. They claim they give discounts but honestly if that’s not taking advantage of someone that doesn’t know how much it really costs to install something like that. I really hope people come to their senses before using this company!! I could never do that to anybody and I’m in the trades. What happened to people being fare and honest?? Just to note I supplied 98% of the materials for the job.

Made an appointment for 10AM. Called them at 1045 to find out the status of this appointment. Was told he’s not coming and they automatically scheduled me for Monday. Told them I work on Monday and to cancel the appointment. Not sure why a customer has to follow up when a phone call fixes it.

I recently called HB to come out and service our house. We lost power in part of our house and the breaker was not tripped. At this point I felt we should call someone, as I dont have much experience with electric. I called HB and they got me set up with an appointment that same day at 1. Which was incredibly quick. 2:15 rolls around and i finally heard from the technician that was going to service me. He said he was busy and had to stop and get lunch and he would be over in 45 mins. At 3:15 he text me and said he couldnt make it. He had been stuck in traffic and his partner was having issues. He asked if I could reshedule for the day after (which was a Saturday), unfortunately I was out of town and that wouldnt work. He then asked if Monday morning at 8 would work. We had to shuffle some work days around in our household to accommodate this, but were able to make it work. I texted the tech on sunday evening to confirm we were good to go for Monday morning at 8 and he confirmed we were. Come Monday at 12pm still no word from him. I texted him to see if he had an eta and never heard back. I called there number on google to see what was going on and was told a manager would call me within 30 mins, 4 hours later no word. I call them back and he told me they were busy and that hes not sure when they would be able to get to me. At this point I had to cancel. I had already taken 4 hours off work waiting on Friday for them to show up and again all day Monday. They didnt seem conerned about this, which is weird because all the reviews dont seem to reflect this type of service. I hate to give a bad review but my experience was less than pleasant and they didnt seem to care. Needless to say they never actually helped me. So take this review into consideration before hiring them, im sure this is not how this company actually operates but it's all i have to go off.

Called this company to get someone out to provide a quote on a couple of jobs. My window came and went with no call. I called the office and was told sometimes they run behind and she would send the technician a message. She also told me if I didn't hear back in 45 min or so to call back. 45 MIN?! I can't sit and keep waiting. My time is just as valuable as theirs. 20 min after I called, still no call from the technician or the office. Called to cancel the appointment and was told 'ok'...no apology nothing. Will not use or recommend this company.

Called to get a price estimate for installing 4 residential ceiling fans. They wanted to charge $150 sevice charge to come and evaluate the job even though I line 5 minutes from their office.
