Ron was a very helpful gentleman. He went above and beyond to help me find a mirror replacement even calling other companies. He’s a great worker and we need more people like him!

The place was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly, a lot of varieties of products. But they didn't have what I was looking for. Everything is very good.

Brought in a snowblower for tune up and was provided exceptional service from start to finish. I received a call from the service dept before any work was completed to make sure I understood and accepted services. I also received a call when it was ready for pick up- which was less than 1 week’s time. Thanks for everything.

Asia (I may be miss spelling her name) is OUTSTANDING! I spoke with her on the phone and she was extremely helpful! I was interested in purchasing outdoor patio heaters When I arrived in the store she was even better! She had the items ready had gentleman load my car and was just fantastic! Though the store is at least a 30 minute drive I will do all I can to patronize this location just because of the exceptional service that she provides. I came here for the first time to pick up a Christmas present for my husband as this item is more expensive on Amazon, Lowe's and home depot. They had a Great deal on it. Any ways, this item is large and heavy yet I was helped to get it on my trunk. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm usually intimidated when I go to this kind of stores but this one was magnificent.
I highly recommend to come here and get your stuff. I was in and out within 6 minutes! 🤗

Great staff of kids! I came in 15 minutes before close and got GREAT customer service from a young man. I needed specific nuts and bolts. Not only did he help me find them, he tested the nuts and bolts with mine to make sure they were all correct. In telling him some furniture I bought came with out enough nuts and bolts, he cared enough to ask if I had gotten the furniture from Ace. I hadn't, but what great customer service. The cashier and the young lady sweeping were very pleasant during check out and wished me good night. I ended up leaving the store 3 minutes after close and never, not once...felt rushed along. Great job guys!

If they don't have it no one does! The gallon the front of the register was very kind and considerate I had to ask a person where to find yard guard he couldn't find it right away so he asked someone else and I was brought right to the area that I needed to be in. It's very organized and the people who work there seem to be pretty happy especially that girl at the register she was so smiley but maybe she got a raise and she's now making $30 an hour?

Henry worked extremely hard making my new CRV key as the replacement fob is thinker than the original key. It was a wonderful experience.

Needed to get a key cut for the kid. Went a couple places and was told can't do it. So I stopped here to try one last place. It's a tricky key to cut and they had no problem and the key is perfect. I love going here everyone is so nice and helpful Great customer service every time.

SIP has me ordering the husband to fix all the long neglected items in the house. To do my share, I run out and get the parts! I've made quite a few trips here and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable and get me just what i need. much better experience than the big box stores.

My experience at Ace was great. I was looking for a spark plug for my lawnmower. A young man help me cross reference the s/n it very helpful.

Always great customer service at this Ace. I don't prefer to go to the hardware store so when my husband asks me to get something I like to get it here. I walk in, am greeted warmly and asked if they can help me find anything. I don't have to wander around trying to find it.

Like most local Ace Hardware stores, the employees are attentive and helpful. You can get all your basic repair, lawn & garden, paint, etc. supplies here.

Had exactly what we needed & not overly priced. Great location! Easy in/out with no hassle of huge store.
