I appreciated the professionalism balanced with gentle understanding as my family and I had to unexpectedly handle burial arrangements for my sister. There was an artful, competent and diplomatic approach by Eastlawn staff (Steph!!) in navigating matters needing cooperation among family…Eastlawn demonstrated an authentic, truly caring, culture.

My mother recently passed away after 101 years. Sydney and her staff were extremely helpful and caring with us in having the type of funeral we wanted to have. In a difficult time I can't say enough good things about Sydney's professional work standards. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by Chandler Jones today when I visited, he's so professional and his compassion and kindness spoke volumes, my short time with him really encouraged my heart, thank you for such a fine employee ❤🙌🙏

My mom was buried here. They refuse to dig her up for me. I know she was hiding something when she died. 1 star

Beautiful resting place.

The staff was helpful and professional. We had a couple of unexpected situations, but the staff took care of it. The facility was nice and our experience was satisfactory.

This should have been easy because everything was prepaid. Sadly it was not easy, it was an ordeal. Not once did anyone from Eastlawn return a phone call as promised. A simple email confirmation of the agreed upon date took 4 days and an additonal call. It literally took 3 weeks of repeated calls to finally get Eastlawn to allow us to inter my mother's ashes in a niche that was prepaid and already had her name on it. Never an apology or any concern for our travel plans. I must say that the groundskeeper was very nice when we interred the ashes in the niche. I would not recommend Eastlawn.
