We bought our Big and Tall La-Z-Boy recliners from Karen Saladino back in 2015 at the Bloomington, Illinois location. So glad Karen is still working there, I gave her a call and made an appointment, told her I was having troubles with looking at recliners in green, she told me to bring in one of my arm chair covers, she found a green that matched up perfectly. We got our new recliners ordered in a green that I wanted, Karen is great at her job! Thanks for your help Karen!

We love La-Z-boy furniture and have purchased from them for 44 yrs. We recently ordered a new recliner (great sale!) and I loved the new style and fabric. As always the quality was great! But I ended up being very disappointed with the fabric color I had selected. It just wasn't looking right with the rest of the room. Our design consultant, Tara, was a huge help! For a reasonable re-stocking fee, we were able to return the chair and she helped me select a darker fabric that I am very excited about. Because we had purchased the original chair at a special sale price, even with the re-stocking fee, it was a great buy. Tara was so great to work with, we'll have her help us again in the future.

Our Sales person Karin was absolutely amazing!!! She was so patient with us on making a major purchase. Tara the Interior Designer is amazing as well. They both came to our house and Tara got measurements so she could put together a beautiful living room. We can’t think both of them enough. They both are absolutely amazing!!!

Great place to purchase a recliner. Our sales person was Kat and she was so helpful and easy to work with. No pressure to purchase. She asked what we were looking for and took us to that area. Kat checked the inventory and found our chair at their Springfield warehouse. The chair is for my 105 year old ailing mother. She has edema and we needed to get her legs up so they’d stop leaking. Kat and the store owner made arrangements to get the chair to us within a couple of days. My mom loves the comfortable chair and since she can keep her legs elevated the water has gone down. I definitely recommend purchasing from Laz Boy. Mom’s chair was 50% off. Great service, and good prices in a nice new store. I’d like to give a special ‘Thank You’ to the owner for his kindness and compassion in our time of need.

I went in to look at a recliner for my mother-in-law and the selections and prices were so good, I purchased on the spot, I guess Christmas is coming early. Kat and the rest of the sales team were excellent to work with. It’s great to have products that will sell without having to pressure the customer. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained all of the recliner features with various price points. When she found out I’m moving to Virginia in two weeks (there is not a Lazy Boy store where I’m headed) she used her resources to develop a creative solution so I could have my prized new chair before I leave town. I had a very good experience buying my buy one get one free chair. My salesperson Tara was the best. She gave me suggestions and hints about the chairs I ended up purchasing. This was my first purchase from La-Z-boy. But it will not be my last. I am very excited to have theses chairs with the excellent construction and warranty.

The initial recliners we selected did not have the lumbar support feature. The sales staff was able to find chairs with lumbar support that were very comfortable for my wife and me. They went out of their way to insure we had chairs that we will enjoy for years. Great people and excellent furniture.

I know there are many people who haven't had the greatest experience at LaZBoy in Bloomington IL. But I had the opposite experience. I have two short-term rental properties which both needed to be furnished. I got connected with Dee (a salesperson), and she has been great at giving me the personalized attention I need for my special circumstances. She even gave me her personal mobile number, so now I just text her what I want, and she makes it happen. She responds even on her days off. Thank you, Dee!
As for LaZBoy as a whole, they desperately need to update their systems. For example, they aren't even able send electronic receipts for purchases. They have to scan and email an actual paper invoice. But I do very much appreciate the online 3D planner that they make available for free to their customers. It's so easy to use I picked it up in like 5 minutes. I have designed so many rooms this way, and it has been a godsend!

The salesperson was very helpful initially and throughout. He had knowledge of the product, promptly handled questions and was friendly.
Although we are waiting 4-6 weeks for the product to be delivered, the Shiplap Media Console looks to be a perfect solution actually for a dining room buffet!

We were quickly greeted and escorted to the sale section of the store that we wanted to see. Brian did not try to oversell us into something we did not want and worked to stay in our price range. Since we worked together so well, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is our third buy at the store, and we will probably be back.

We decided to stop in our local Lazy Boy showroom to look at either recliners or a couch due to giving our current furniture to our son. We met with Erik and explained our interests. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select the ideal recliner sofa. We were happy with the value of the model we are getting. Erik was very professional and experienced.
