Needed help right away, and this store was very helpful and understanding. They even called me back to tell me that they found a wheelchair to suit my mothers needs. Very glad I found this store. Thank you for your help.

I am a Physical Therapist and attempted to order a walker through Medical World with doctor orders sent. After not receiving for over a month, I called and was informed email was deleted. Re sent email and after not hearing back called and was told to come in to discuss and then was hung up on. Called again being hung up on again. I would not recommend
