Great local paint store that is always extremely helpful and takes great care of its customers! Any painting or staining needs they are always glad to help and highly recommend them! Highly recommend the General Finishes Java stain, its easy to use and looks great!

Employee helped me track down a 7 year old project that was done through a contractor. They didn't have the stain I needed but referred me to another place in town. Very helpful and big thanks to the guy who found the exact product after a few searches. Way better service than any big box store.

I have bought paint for my home from Don Smith for more than 20 years. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and color choices. Best of all your paint colors are entered into your account by room so buying again later assures the color matches.

Great customer service and phenomenal top of the line paint products. I am a huge fan of their gigantic selection of Festool™ products. Festool sanders, Festool saws, Festool tools/accessories and Festool dust extraction systems. (HEPA-Vac)
They carry Benjamin Moore, California Paints, Zinsser Primers and a excellent variety of stains and varnishes. Wallpaper too.

When we first bought our house 14 years ago, our painter used Don Smith to buy his paint. So when it came time to re-do our rooms in different colors, we went there. The staff was phenomena! They had our rooms already entered in their system, and helped with deciding on complementary colors for adjacent rooms.
They're very professional and courteous, and they will mix any custom color that can be dreamed of. We even had a custom color made for our family room based on our needs.
I go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards) to meet most of my needs, but when I need paint, I go to Don Smiths.
