Our experience at Crystal Lake Furniture was beyond exceptional. The first time we walked in we thought we would be just talking a quick look around. We were greeted by Mari and were so impressed with her knowledge of all the lines they carrry and she helped us select the right styles and colors that compliment our room. On top of that she gave us a great price that worked with our budget. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend using them for all of your home furnishings; we know we will go back the next time we need furniture!

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Crystal Lake Furniture with Mari. We had been searching for the perfect sectional to fit our basement, she helped us come up with a design and fabric that would fit our space and lifestyle best! Great customer service. I was trying to locate the store where my father got his lift chair. Talked to both Mary and Kim. And although my father did not purchase his chair there, they went out of their way to try to trouble shoot the problem with me. (His chair froze in upright position) they also talked with my elderly father who was very upset and they were very kind and patient. Thank you, Mary and Kim!!!

My wife and I have been shopping around for a couch for our basement. We looked at multiple stores and finally stopped in at Crystal lake furniture. Right when we walked in we were met by Mari, asked us questions and what we wanted and worked from there to get us exactly what we wanted. We purchased furniture from Kim 5 years ago when we moved into our new house. We were pleased with the prices and excellent customer service. We decided to come back and visit after the purchase of our 2nd home. This time we met Shar who was so friendly and helpful with our needs. She helped us decorate and visualize our rooms so we could make the best selection. As always, Kim and Shar did not disappoint and we walked out of there with our entire new house decorated. Shop local! In the past, we've purchased furniture from the chain stores and never been satisfied with the experience. We were in need of all new living room furniture and spent many hours shopping those same chain stores and online. We couldn't find what we wanted anywhere and frankly, even if we could, we felt put off by the sales process at those other stores and we ended up not purchasing anything. On a whim, I stopped into Crystal Lake Furniture. Mari and Kim are the best -- even if they are busy they take time to listen to what you need and find great solutions. I have two picky teens, one on the spectrum with sensory issues and they found exactly what he needed and wanted. They were patient with us and very kind. The pieces that we purchased that were in-stock arrived on-time and without any complications. We've had the furniture now for several days and we are beyond pleased. They have made a customer for life. I would highly recommend stopping in here first and save yourself time shopping at the chain stores. Even if they don't have what you are looking for in stock, they can find you exactly what you are looking for and are willing to work with you to meet your needs. We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Mari at Crystal Lake Furniture and have nothing but great things to say about our experience! After looking at several stores for a sectional we stumbled across CLF and were pleasantly surprised at the customization options Mari suggested that matched exactly what we had been on the hunt for! We were easily able to then order an additional section (we were on the fence and she recommending ordering an additional piece once we got the sectional delivered) bedroom furniture and an ottoman since our initial purchase. Mari always gives great advice based on our needs, is not pushy or trying to sell us anything we don’t need. She has a genuine interest in making sure our purchase is a great fit based on our room and our style. Would recommend them again and again!

We purchased a beautiful custom sectional from Kim! Customer service is excellent! We were able to pick out our fabric and style and the quality is excellent. We have shopped all over and they have the best prices. We will be back again for a dining room set!

We just purchased a gorgeous New England sectional today at Crystal Lake Furniture and have to rave about the shopping experience! Mari Ann was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She was honest and down to earth and made the entire purchase experience as painless as possible. She helped us customize the sectional to our family's needs all the while working with us to give us the best deal possible, keeping in mind that we have a budget with 4 active kids. We have been searching for new furniture for over a year at every big box store and outlet with no luck and have met plenty of pushy and rude sales people.
