I brought my daughter's car into Bryan, and he did a great job diagnosing the problems right away, and then fixing them quickly. Very nice service.

Got my car in Monday morning, had it finished by Wednesday and back to me Thursday. The guys there are straight forward and professional. The estimate site they use is pleasing and exemplary. No run around or over charging for services, definitely will be back in the future

I just really wanted to take the time to thank Brian. He made my daughter feel so comfortable, he couldn't find the part but didn't stop until he found it, he took us on short notice fitting us in and fixing the car quickly with a free estimate first ... he even went out of his way to make sure that we didn't exceed the balance on our credit cards that we were using to pay struggling not having all the money ... he took an extra $50 off and he walked her to her car. Thank you Brian.

I had an issue getting an oil change at 2 other businesses due to a loose plug inside the oil pan from my last oil change. One place wanted to charge me $500 to replace the oil pan. I was referred to Brian and he took care of it in 15 minutes and charged for an oil change. Great service and saved me.

My friend told me about this place, so when my daughter bought a used car she took it here. Work was reasonably priced and had it completed in 1 day.

This place was a lifesaver, Car engine light went off and we had no idea what was wrong. We were also in the middle of driving to vacation so we didn’t wana have to go to a place and wait a few days for a fix. We called many other places around the area nobody wanted to get it checked out immediately even given are bad situation. Bryan has a good heart and understood are situation he wanted us to get back on the road as fast as he could. He even went to grab are parts from another place right away we were in and out there in just 30 minutes! Great and quick service when all the other places would not help us given our emergency .

OMG! This place saved my entire day! Was in the middle of a long drive and needed a simple service to save the car, the entire day, and possibly buying a new vehicle. Called 12 places in town on a Friday afternoon with no luck. Called Zaab's and explained the situation and he gladly stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to help me. Would have paid triple based on my situation, but was provided a fair normal price. Was back on the road in under 2 hours and the work they did was the key to the problem. Made it all the way home safely! Thanks so much for everything. Give this place a chance and you will find your new mechanic shop. Outstanding service and big thanks to Zaabs!!!!!!

I called ahead was told that they were extremely busy, but I shared with Bryan that I had a check engine light on, and was curious how severe it was. Bryan said to go ahead and stop by they will scan it for me. He did, and told me he could squeeze it in the next day. He did, he text me with the issue, and the cost of repairs which was very reasonable, I approved the work, and I received a text the vehicle was done and ready for pickup later that afternoon. I was able to pay the invoice right online. It was fast, easy, and very professional! I will be using zaabs for all my needs moving forward! Thank you for a job well done!

Well my Honda was lit up like a Christmas Tree with service lights going off. I had taken it to a couple places and quoted repair costs that were higher than the value of the car. So, I was looking into just junking the car.

My friend Tia suggested this place. I walked in when they opened and met Bryan and had gave him zero heads up about me coming, about my car, about anything and he said he'd take a look. By noon he had called me and said that it could be an expensive problem (the problem the other places had mentioned), but that he was hoping it was just one small part causing all the issues. He said he was going to replace the one small part and see if that solved it and if it didn't, he wouldn't charge me for the part and he would talk to me about the expensive problem (his quote if we had to fix that was still much less than the other places) but he'd let me know.

Bryan had my car to me by 5pm. No lights on the dash, driving beautifully, for the cost of one small part. It's been two weeks and I've been driving it back and forth as a commuter car, so about 600 miles so far and not a single issue.

Based on my inability to even say what the problem was with my car or remember the part that was replaced, it's clear I'm clueless about vehicles. Add on top of it the fact that I'm a blonde female, it's nerve wrecking walking into shops and not knowing if you're about to get taken advantage of financially for your look and lack of knowledge. I'm super thankful for my friend Tia for suggesting this place and super thankful for Bryan for not only busting his butt to get my car fixed in a day, but for his knowledge that allowed him to find a much easier and cost effective fix that the other shops either didn't know about or knew about but didn't mention so they could charge me 10x the amount. Thank you Bryan for being awesome.

Just had a sensor on in my car, called to see if they were able to get me in after work just to see what it was. Brian was so kind on the phone and in person! He got it taken care of very quickly! Very appreciative!

Called and asked if they did Starter replacements, Bryan said yes and he could even replace it as soon as the next day.

I was shocked because I’d been calling everywhere and they were either booked until next week, or charging an arm and leg for the service even though I had the part!

Bryan has always made sure my truck is taken care of when I go in. And john is very helpful with trying to work you in as quick as needed. They always try to give the best price possible. Also make sure you understand what is going on and how much it will cost. There was once I couldn't do it all so they worked with me to figure out the best solution to get my truck moving again. I won't go anywhere else.

They did amazing and they were super friendly! They had me drop by car off at 9 am to have the compressor for my ac unit replaced and had my car back to me by 4:00pm the same day! Will Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done!

Bryan was amazing. We called him up because I had a stripped out battery hold down and a dead battery and several other shops were booked solid or unwilling to look so late in the day. I was able to pick up a new battery and Bryan was able to get get us in, get the old battery out, remove the mount, fix it, reinstall it and install the new battery all within 20 minutes. He saved our Easter camping trip. I will be back!

Love these guys! Bryan was so helpful and friendly when we had our pop up camper’s electrical stop working. He took the time to show us around our vehicle and explain it all. We understand it so much better now. I’ll be taking our SUV to them next time too! You guys rock!

Wife and I live in Pontiac, IL. About 40 miles from here. We noticed our truck screeched the other day when I started it up, thought it was just the rain. When we got into Bloomington we noticed our accelerator sticking and a knocking sound. We googled mechanics near us, found this one less than a mile away and decided to go. We were a little apprehensive due to this being an emergency. We were greeted by the owner, Brian as we pulled in. He was such a kind and humble man, that I took him as a regular mechanic/employee. He brought us into the office and got to looking for the parts. He made calls around and got us squared away. We got everything fixed for a very fair price and the customer service/Mom & Pop vibe will definitely have us back again,(if we need too). Serpentine belt, tensioner pulley and labor for $170 done right, and right on the spot. Not bad at all!
