My 1st visit was great!! They have a fantastic selection of items to meet your expectations. Matthew was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. It's definitely going to be my new go-to place!!

This place is a gem amongst all the other shops I’ve been too. Customer service is amazing and by far the best I’ve ever had, this shop has everything you would ever need all wrapped into one. And by far the best prices on everything smoke related. Dab city will continue to have my business. If I could I would give this place 10 stars!

This is the best smoke shop around for a few reasons. 1) amazing prices, try finding another shop in the area with better prices (i dare you haha). 2) owner is super friendly and professional. I could hang out and talk to him all day. 3) the selection..... this is no ordinary smoke shop. They have everything! if it has to do with smoking, they have it. If you are in the area you need to go there.

Most helpful, friendly, and clean retail store ive seen in a long time. Staff is top notch. The owner was more than willing to go above and beyond to keep inventory of what I wanted without a deposit or payment.

Just went to the new Vernon Hills location today, met the owner of the entire franchise, and wow!! Great service, great conversationalist, showed me some AWESOME products that I got to try and sample and they’ll blow you away literally!! I can’t wait to keep shopping here, I’ll definitely be back for even more!!

Sarah was exceptionally helpful when i bought a cart that wouldnt work with my setup. turns out i needed a new battery and a new setup from my medical dispensary. 5 star service. Not to mention she kepty phone safe when i accidentally left it there. Thanks sarah!

Heard about this new smoke shop in Crystal lake and decided to try it out for the first time. Overall Great customer service and a huge variety of anything you need. Definitely would come back and plan on it!
