Dental Group of Bloomington

After having a really hard time finding a dentist after moving to Bloomington, I am so happy that I found this place. Scheduling was so easy and they even called me ahead of time to pull up my insurance and told me right there and then that they are in my network. Appointment went so smoothly, dental hygienist was super nice and very thorough when checking my teeth and checking areas I was concerned about. The doctor was also super nice and very helpful, he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Scheduling follow up appointments was easy. Friendly staff and very clean, I am happy I found this place!

Dental group of Bloomington is great! This was my son's first visit ever to the dentist. They made him feel so comfortable and at ease. My daughter also had an appointment too and they explained to her the importance of thorough brushing. Great place for kiddos and adults!

Would give these folks 10 stars if that was an option! If you have anxiety or fear of the dentist, this is the place for you! Everyone was welcoming and understanding. After years
of not going to the dentist, I plan on returning regularly from now on. Just wonderful!

Edit: A second great visit with these folks! They made me feel at ease, and helped me so much. Seriously can nor recommend enough! A+++

The woman at the front desk was patient and kind with me when I was anxious filling out forms that I should have done before the appointment.

The dentist was businesslike, and quick while still connecting with me.

I went for exrays, consult, and teeth cleaning. They did a great job on all 3 projects. Not pushy just laid out 3 options my choice. They all were very nice.

Pulling the tooth was fine but the fact that I had to call twice and get my refund back after insurance paid was not a very good business practice. If i were to have gone to Doran and caprice I wouldn't have had to this. They would of sent my money back right away.

Due to a change in insurance, needed to select a new dentist. Very pleased with Dr. Rojas. He is professional, very good in his profession and personable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain all procedures and answer all questions. As someone who has anxiety about dentist visits, the have always been very kind and understanding, and take the time to build trust. I have been very happy with Dental Group of Bloomington and would recommend them to anyone.

My first visit to The Dental Group of Bloomington all the employee’s were very polite. When doing my first exam here they explained every in great detail that was very understandable, if it wasn’t they took time till I understood. They made up detailed plan for all the dental work I was in need of with pricing for me and what the insurance was paying for my procedures. They are a very pleasant staff that works here to which I recommend them highly for all to make an appointment and see for there self. Been here for 2 visits and am satisfied totally. The fill in doctor was really nice, polite and explained everything so you can understand what he was doing and where it was going next in the process. The staff is nice, polite and they are experienced. Wasn't pleased with the other dentist leaving and having to wait so long in between though.

When I say this is the most seamless experience I have ever had at the dentist I mean it! I had previously been in limbo with a dentist after moving and insurances changing and I’m so glad that I found this one! I had chipped my front tooth, panicked I called this office. The accommodating woman up front helped me schedule an appointment for the very next day. She also walked me through all of the insurance info and new client paperwork needed. She was so kind and patient with me! I showed up to my appointment, was taken back, had x rays, and was seen with a plan of care in under 15 minutes!! This was pretty much the opposite of what I expected my first time at a new dentist office to be like! I expected my insurance to take a while to process and to reschedule a day to come back later in the coming weeks. Wrong again! I was offered to come back that very same day a couple hours later to have my tooth fixed. I cannot explain how painless and pleased I was with my entire experience here. As someone who experiences quite a bit of anxiety around appointments like these I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I chose the Dental Group of Bloomington.

The staff was professional and personable. My anxiety was eased when I walked in the door. My hygienist Denise was fabulous, gentle, thorough, and I could feel her experience. The Dr was so nice and made sure I understood the next steps. This is the first time I am excited about continuing my dental treatment.

Excellent and efficient work.we are back after a three-year hiatus and were not disappointed! I recommend for dental cleaning and regular checkups!
