This woman has worked her tail off for our family to ensure we have the best coverage when we need it- auto, home, life, health, etc. She is always available to take our calls and answer our questions. She is one that will ALWAYS go above and beyond. One of the beautiful things about our appointments to discuss my insurance needs is that when I speak to Melissa she truly listens and is truly concerned and is interested in what I have to say. Our meetings are just a nice conversation as opposed to her trying to sell me something. She is genuinely interested in helping my family and I. She will be my agent for life!
