My dad has been getting his shoes here for years. He has an orthotic and his foot doctor sent him here. He’s worked with Katie these many years. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. From what I could hear of the other employees helping elderly or handicapped clients they were the same. Pricing for higher quality footwear seemed very reasonable to me. If I lived here this would be my go to place for supportive or outdoor footwear! Thank you Katie for your service to keeping my elderly dad safe and balanced!

This is my go to store for my shoes. Good quality, good service and the most comfortable shoes. Katie and the staff are awesome.

Shopping here for nearly 3 years, I have yet to be sold a boot which hasn't been great for my work. Retail butcher work requires anti slip soles and good waterproofing and I have been able to find shoes and boots which do both well.

There's no shortage of helpful staff that will find something that will work for your needs. The sock selection is great for wool work socks or athletic socks. I was fitted for inserts and provide good support for being on your feel for well over 8 hours a day.

Had to switch out a pair of shoes I had bought for my mother. Unfortunately, her size and style was backordered. Sara was awesome during the entire Interaction and helped her feel comfortable about returning the shoes with no guilt. I later came in to get my own pair and her first recommendation was perfect, thanks Sara!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She brought my niece in for shoes and the owner was amazing! Spent so much time with her. The shoes had to fit over braces so it was important that they were fit properly. Will definitely return!!!

Nicole was amazing!! She listened to me complain about my heel pain. I told her that I once got a pair of shoes from them that I loved. She looked me up in the computer system and found the shoe. But she informed me that it would not be beneficial to get that shoe as it would not help my heel pain. She helped me try on a couple different pairs and even laced them a different way so my sock would not fall down. She picked out some inserts for me. And also told me with the pain I am experiencing that I should never be barefoot. She told me to either wear slippers or supported flip-flops. I ended up getting the flip-flops she recommended to wear them around my house. The pair of shoes that we picked out had a messed up shoelace. She didn’t have any more of that particular shoe. So she gave me an extra pair of shoelaces just in case the current shoelaces were to start to fray. I have learned that it is worth paying the extra money for very good shoes. Not only are you paying the extra money for a very good shoes but you were also paying for awesome customer service.

After a recent foot surgery, I needed a new pair of shoes with lots of support so I could stand all day at work. I went to a bigger, chain shoe store and tried on probably 2 dozen different shoes and nothing worked. I didn't know much about Achieve but I decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in, a gentleman (I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him proper credit) welcomed me and listened to my concerns. He showed me a few options of what would work best for what I described. I really appreciated his understanding and explanation of the structure of the shoe and how it would help my specific needs. The very first shoe he brought out was the pair I ended up buying. As soon as I put it on, I could tell they were infinitely more comfortable and supportive than any other shoe I put on at the other store. It was a little pricey, but I have been wearing them for a week now and I am so happy with them. They have proven to be worth every penny of the investment already. I would absolutely recommend Achieve to anyone and everyone.

I needed a work shoe to fit my relatively large orthotic. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on getting the right shoe and fit. Great doing business here!

Michael was our store clerk today and we could not have been more pleased. He was knowledgeable-bringing me immediately to a shoe that would help me in the profession I am entering into. It took less than 20 minutes to find what I needed in the size I needed.

He was also very sweet with my elderly mother who has arthritis and can't bend down to try shoes on, he got down and served her so well. Being polite, patient and kind as he did so. This man deserves all the praise and should be promoted. We will be back because of his expert help, but more because of his kindness and concern for my Mom.

I’m so very grateful to the owner of this store who went above and beyond to help my senior parents who are struggling. She offered to come out to the house to help fit my Dad properly with shoes that would fit over his new walking braces...he is just getting back up on his feet after being bed bound for almost a year. I haven’t met you...but God bless you. As far as I’m concerned, there are no other shoe stores in the world but yours anymore. See you soon!

This is a great store for people who need wide, narrow or high arch shoes as well as standard sizing. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Great place with great people working in there.
Needed shoes before my next service call and went there.
The owner of the store brought the size I needed and made in US shoes and I was out in 5 min.
Definitely my local shoe store to go to.
