The guys in the office went above d f beyond this morning. I ran out of gas, and I was lucky enough to make it to their parking lot. They let me use their gas can and had one of their guys drive me to get gas. If they are willing to go that far out of the way to help me, then I can only imagine how much they help their customers. Thank you you guys made my day a lot better!!

Richards put a lien on my home in 2019 after extending credit to a contractor that was not paying their bills. Why would they continue to do this?? Because there is a law saying if that Contractor does not pay they can come after the homeowners. This is exactly what they did. I paid the contractor in full for supplies and services so was completely in shock when I got a letter a year later from this place saying they put a lien on my home and demanding money for supplies. When I contacted them they were beyond rude and had obviously done this before, in fact found out there were several people that had this happen to them because Richards kept handing put credit even though this person was not paying their bill, knowing they could go after the homeowners later. They finally stopped harassing me a year and a half later when Bankruptcy proceedings were happening and I thought soon I could get the lien removed.
Update after 3 years and trying to recover money from the person who actually owes them they lost in bankruptcy court and have started to threaten me again. They have also added several thousands dollars of bogus lawyers fees on top of it. Unprofessional and Hateful is how I would describe this scam of theirs. They have never tried to contact me with any reasonable resolution like they put in the comments, I don't believe they have ever intended too. I was never their customer just a victim of a loophole they found.
