Worked with Jose to purchase a used 2500 HD that I had been searching weeks for. Jose sent me a personalized video showing me the vehicle and was very transparent on every aspect of the sale from trade in to interest rates. David in finance was awesome as well, working his magic to get me a killer deal. I traveled over an hour and half to this dealer and I certainly will be doing it again when it’s time for a new vehicle. I felt like family when I arrived at the dealer and the way I was treated through the whole process I defiantly felt like a VIP. Bravo Martin Chevy, I will be back! Thanks again we love our truck!

Highly recommend Martin Chevy in Crystal Lake and Joey S. We had great service, very efficient and not pushy. Joey was very patient when I took my elderly mother to buy her first new car in 20 years! He even had my car washed and the interior vacuumed! It means a lot knowing my mom is comfortable. The manager James took great care of us too and and was very kind and treated us like family. First, I like to think Adam, Matt, Luke and Anna and James, who all worked with me on purchasing my 21 Durango hellcat everybody was super nice and made the whole process smooth and effortless. I would recommend this dealership to anybody purchasing a vehicle out of state or in-state they made it as easy as it could be not only did they make all the paperwork and everything you have to do smooth they picked us up from our hotel when we flew in from North Carolina talking to Matt on the drive back to dealership learning about him and his dad and the dealership super nice people so if you’re looking to buy a car and you find one online and you’re out of state, I would highly recommend Martin Chevrolet

Great buying experience. I purchased a truck that had been ordered for dealer inventory. It was not in production yet. Jose kept me well informed on the status of delivery. When I went to pick it up, the process only took a couple hours from start to finish. Everyone did their part to move the transaction along. I would definitely buy here again and highly recommend Jose as the man to see. This was a very stress free experience.

I recently purchased a used car from them. Clean place. Good service. I dealt with Joey. He was friendly and easy to work with and he has great taste in wearable timepieces. Still waiting to hear back from the service department about replacing a piece of the car that was broken when I bought it.

Shortly after this most recent posting (same day) I received word from them that my part was in and I could schedule an appt any time that fit my schedule and I received a follow-up call from my sales guy. EXCELLENT customer service. Apparently they’re just quite busy. 👍🏼

Ed sold me my second car yesterday, 2024 Trailblazer LT. He isn't one of those guys who just wants to sell you a car just for the commissions unlike what other sales men would do. And quite frankly, no one over there does that. Ed was honest as he could ever be with what my payments would be, and ran all the numbers with me in detail.

The service department is amazing too! Shout out to Blake for keeping my old car maintained and serviced! He is also not one of those guys who just want you to get your car serviced because there's "something wrong with it", he tells you his personal opinions and what he recommends.

Great experience at Martin Chevrolet. I hate buying new cars cuz it takes over 3 to 5 hours but it took less than 2 at Martin. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and nice. Worked with Jose on the sale and David on the financing. Highly recommend.

We purchased a Toyota Highlander from Martin Chevrolet. It was a very pleasant experience. Jack was extremely helpful and professional. The only disappointing part was the team was going to get the car to Pauly Toyota to get an open recall taken care of, but that hasn't happened. I will just take it to a Toyota dealer closer to my home. Jack showed me all the options of our new used car and was very easy to deal with. Overall great experience.

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Martin Chevy. I had been in contact with Jack for a few months trying figure out vehicle I wanted. He was patient with me, listened to what I wanted, and was always professional. Once I finally decided, Jack made the process of purchasing the vehicle super easy! Not only did he make the process of buying the vehicle easy, he also took the time to help get me in when I realized something wasn’t working right for the start/stop feature. Jack has gone above and beyond for us! We have been to the dealership a few times now and everyone we have encountered has been extremely helpful and professional. I bought a used car for my niece from Martin and was blown away with the amazing customer service I received. Alfredo was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. It wasn't high pressure, just great customer service. I came in to look at a car I saw on-line and I received the best customer service. The place is huge and super clean. Everyone was friendly and super efficient. I came in, looked at the car, test drove, and decided to buy it. The paperwork and financing done by James, the finance manager was done so efficiently. The over-all process took just over an hour. So amazing. Not only that they detailed the car, did an inspection, replaced filters, and did an oil change, then delivered it my home. Just amazing. This was a used car. I can't even imagine the customer service on a new car which I will be purchasing my next new car from them. Outstanding customer service. I had an overall great experience at this dealership and have never had such great service anywhere else before, I’ve learned to distrust a lot of dealerships due to shady tactics so I went in with my guard up and only intended to test drive the trailblazer. Adam Arliskas was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond to show me all the different models, listen to all my wants and concerns, he made me feel very comfortable and in control. After I test drove the 2024 Chevy trailblazer he sat me down and drew up some numbers based on how much I wanted my monthly payments to be, he and the general manager Thomas Bazzoli gave me a very reasonable offer on my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan trade in and did not make me feel pressured into making any kind of decision. I stayed in contact with Adam into the next day and he was very attentive and responsive, he did not take long to respond to my messages and I respect that. I ended up stopping by that day after work to take 1 more look at the car and discuss some things, I felt like everyone who worked here knew what they were doing, weren’t interested in playing tricks or scamming me, I was able to let my guard down and make buying a car a real good experience. I was in and out of the financing in under 10 minutes, my plates were transferred, it was the fastest most efficient process I have ever seen! I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service I received and so much so that my boyfriend who has a Mazda is questioning whether or not he should return to Mazda, or go with a Chevy when his lease is up. Highly recommend buying your car here!
