Worst experience ever. Great surgeons. Pathetic office and nurses. I had surgery and after for my post op this facility could not find me. No record of me. Also Hippa violation is defenitly going on here. I could hear everything in the room next to mine. I will be contacting the correct people to stop the violations that are happening in this office. After an hour in a half sitting in the doctor's room the nurse says to me can we reschedule your appointment we have already seen 46 patients and the nurses wanted to go home.

Bad experience. Loved the doctor Anastasia but the staff and nurse here are very unprofessional and rude. The office is very outdated and would definitely not be returning.

I went to my appointment and the receptionist or whoever I was seeing pretty much said I had to make some form of a payment on my medical bill. Not every single patient of theirs will have the money to pay on their medical bills be it here or their other doctors. Not everyone is able to make any form of payment on their medical bills, and have to choose what they need to pay that month and so on. I am also on a fixed income aka SSDI, and also have to choose what I can and cannot pay monthly

I feel like that is bad practice to require a patient to have to make any sort of a payment at the time of seeing your urologist at this practice. Not every single person is can or sometimes even will be able to pay on their medical. This goes to prove it is all profits over medical care, sadly.

Yes, I am going to make monthly payments on my bill of some form. I just feel like this was not good to do.

Asked for a urine sample in an small disposable cup with no lid. It was not sterilized at all. They also had me use a bathroom with no place to easily set it down, and there were yellow stains on the small plastic organizer drawer. The nurse didn’t write anything down to tell the doctor. The doctor didn’t wear her mask over her mouth. Lastly, when the doctor had me take my pants off she left the door open and did not provide me with any paper covering.

I was instructed by Dr. Leak to call back after my Wednesday appointment to schedule an appointment with Stacy. I called on Friday and was put on hold for over 5 minutes only to be told she was not available and to call back. I called back a few hours later and asked for Stacy. I was then asked who I was and what was the purpose of my call. I was being screened. I asked again for Stacy and was put on another 5 minute hold only to be told a nurse (not Stacy) would have to call me back. I explained Dr. Leak told me specifically to ask for Stacy as she would be the one to schedule the next appointment. Sheri was the person answering the office phone calls on both occasions. She was short and rude with me. Terrible service from the first person that I would come into contact with in contacting Premier Medical group. It sets the tone for future calls and visits.
