I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Car-X, and the employees were excellent. Wyatt was incredibly pleasant in the waiting room, and Luke did an amazing job servicing my car in a timely manner. Thank you so much for fantastic customer service!

Honestly great customer service all around. They are reasonable about price. The guy at the front desk did amazing handling my manual car. I will be back and would recommend anyone to them.

I went in with concerns about my tire pressure, and Wyatt was the one who helped me at the front desk. They have some great people working at this location, and even just stopping by to ask for some light help felt like a great part of my day. Wyatt had a great personality and made light conversation with me that made me feel welcome. Definitely knowledgeable and discusses cars and related topics in a way that makes it approachable for people not involved in the industry. Will definitely be coming here again, thanks Wyatt and the guys working here on (8/30)!

Very good service. Tire Rack preferred installers. They had to work to install my 335/25/20 tires and it took a little time, but they got it done. Good job. Nice guys.

I have gotten 3 cars serviced here (2 older vehicles In the past and now i have a newer one). Since i moved to normal, these guys can’t be compared to any other shop in town.
I know nothing about cars and i feel like as a lady they take the time to explain to me what i need without me feeling like I’m paying more than i need to or getting work done i don’t need.
Recently, i needed an oil change and i knew something was wrong with my tire. As soon as i pulled in the mechanic confirmed what i was worried about before i even said what i needed.
They know there stuff and completely put my mind at ease by actually showing me what traction was on each of my tires and answering all of my questions patiently.
No matter who i speak with they have absolutely great customer service. Although i wasn’t prepared to get done what i did, they worked with me by giving 3 different options of what i could do. They do all kinds of services from a quick oil change to brakes and more extensive work. Thanks for always making me feel like my vehicle is in good hands.

The staff is incredibly trustworthy and work with integrity and honor. It is easy to feel duped when I am inexperienced with cars, but these guys have always been honest about all of my options and even when it isn't worth getting the work done. They have the safety of me and my family in mind always and value our continued patronage. Rather than charging for every little thing, they are always looking for ways to get me a deal, knowing that great customer service is what creates repeat customers. Did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or demeaned. I understand what is to happen to my car and feel good about my quote. And! they want your business!

We were traveling south when we ended up with a flat tire. We started at Walmart but when they were closed, we called car-x. All the guys here were amazing! They helped us get the flat and brought it in. They told us exactly what was wrong with it and then looked at the other 3 tires. After deciding we needed new tires, they let us know they couldn't get our tires needed in until the following morning (we were 2 hours away from home). When we mentioned it wasn't an option, they got out their phones and called locally until they found another shop that had our tires in stock. I was so impressed and thankful that they took the time to help us out! Thank you to all the staff at Car-X! You guys were such a help to us! x

I’ve been coming to this Car-X location for over a decade, and while faces may change, the quality does not.

As someone that’s not very educated car-wise, it’s great to come to a place that you can trust to give you honest information and facts about your car without worrying about being taken advantage of; I would not keep coming back time after time if that was the case.

Today I had an oil change and tire rotation, standard six thousand mile service. While it took a little longer than normal (about 90 minutes instead of the 60-75 I was expecting), the technicians were up front with me about the wait time and the cars ahead of me; I knew about the wait from the start.

The technician was even able to shuffle the cars around to get me in a little sooner, which was awesome.

Overall: I highly recommend Car-X. They’ve always been friendly and honest, and they know what they’re doing.

I had my vehicle towed here after having several issues and eventually having it stop on me at the gas station. I want to thank Orlando for letting me know they were unable to fix it instead of charging me an insane amount of money to pretend to fix it like many mechanics would have done. That kind of service is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend Car X on Towanda for your car service needs.

Very honest and open about the repairs. My Ford Expedition came in for exhaust repair and the manager Sean told me about very urgent concerns; Safety concerns that could have lead to more serious problems. I was so impressed with the price and the honesty. I'll never use another shop EVER. BEST SHOP EVER !

I was moving my son out of a dorm room into another one. In the midst of moving my engine light came on and my vehicle stalled on me. The vehicle needed to be serviced ASAP. Not being from the area I googled car repair shops & found this Car-x center that was actually open. When I arrived with my vehicle not willing to stay running I spoke to Seth Kinder, the store manager. He was extremely busy and it was at the end of the day. Told him my problem & he was able to tell me the problem with a diagnostic test. It was a ignition coil. The problem was their mechanic was very busy and they were to close within the hour. I told Seth my situation and I was 2 hours away from home & still had to finish moving my son. Seth went out of his way to accommodate me. I wanted to hug this man. I had actually cried when the engine light went on. I was beyond stressed. Seth was kind & truly honest. He wasn’t there to sell me something I didn’t need like most car shops. He was able to squeeze me and have the repair done so that I could make it home. I wish the car shop was in my neighborhood because they would be my shop. I can’t thank him enough and his staff for making my day. There was also another employee (don’t remember his name) he worked in the oil change area, he also deserves recognition. Very friendly & down to earth!! I don’t normally write reviews but I had to on this one. Thank you Seth!!!!

Best shop in town! I take my car to Car-X for just about everything and I’ve always been happy with the results! Recently I had a minor problem with my car and Scott was able to quickly fix the problem and get me on my way. The staff is always wonderful to me and never try to sell me on anything I don’t need (which is much appreciated). I highly recommend Car-X and their amazing manager, Scott!

I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and I must say Sean (I hope that's how he spells his name) was so professional. He explained everything to me in detail and didn't pressure me into anything. There's truly not enough words to express his level of customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer and I will definitely recommend people looking for honest and excellent service.

Took my Ford Focus here once to replace sway bar links and again to investigate some odd noises from under the hood. Derek and Scott were extremely professional, helpful, and courteous both times. Prices very agreeable (I'm a grad student so I'm cheap!) and work was of fine quality. I've been to several places in town and was very surprised and pleased at CAR-X on Towanda. Thanks, guys!
