Outstanding service! I had to come back 15 months after a body repair to have a trim piece reattached that was loose. Manager John took quick look, advised he'd order new a trim piece as a clip broke. Came back 1 week later when part arrived. Was told 15 minute job, had it done in 5 minutes! No charge. Perfect all the way around. Thank you.

I am definitely very grateful for Gerber Collision. I was in a car accident in August and have proof of not being at fault for the accident but the other person’s insurance company did not want to pay for the portion of the vehicle damage because I am currently still going through physical therapy. So, I went through my own insurance company to have it done and they had it together in 18 days. I was told supplies could take longer but they finished it 3 days sooner than originally informed. I am very grateful to have my baby back!

People here are 100% reliable and honest about your vehicle. Many names to honor but definitely would consider Gerber over any place to work on my Audi or any car for that matter.

Honestly, all communication from Steve and Kayla was pleasant, but confusing, leading us to have to drive back and forth across town because of mixed messages. The automatic messages came at the wrong time with incorrect information.

They’re friendly, they’re professional, and great at what they do! From the first time I talked to Gina she went through everything with me. After I put my truck in the shop she called and gave me updates all the time. They had a problem with my insurance and it took the insurance company awhile to get back to them . I just knew I wasn’t going to get my truck back for awhile. That was not the case, they worked on my truck and I got it back earlier than I expected. Would I use them again? YES, without a doubt! Would I recommend them? YES, in a heartbeat! They’re a great team to work with from the moment you walk through the front door!

This company was the nicest company I've ever dealt with as far as repairing an auto or fixing an auto they couldn't fix my car because it was cost more to fix it than what it was worth but they couldn't have been any nicer

Service was quick and professional. I asked them to look at something extra and they fixed it at no charge.

And if all of that wasn’t enough, the GM gave me a ride to my work since my alternate transportation fell through.

The people at Gerber are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they don't talk over you. They take the time to explain the work, and why it costs what it does. This will be the only place I go in Bloomington to get body work done on mine and my family's vehicles.

If there was a 6-star option, I would've selected that. I've brought my car to Gerber twice and they fixed it in a very timely manner, exceeding my expectations. They also kept me informed every step of the way.
