Battery I bought from them a while back went bad - whether fault of my own or just bad battery who knows, my car is weird. Came in, they observed the warranty, got me a brand new one and installed it for free, PLUS helped me diagnose AND fix some funky electrical stuff my car was having, right there in the parking lot. Awesome group of guys, wish I had caught the name of the guy who helped me fix the electrical issue but he was great. Highly recommended.

I believed I had a dead battery, so after a jump we headed to AutoZone. Adam helped us and he was great! I am on crutches and Adam went above and beyond to make our visit easy. He was very polite, helpful and informative!

My friend and I were traveling back from Kentucky to Iowa when our vehicle charging system warning light came on. We went to the Autozone in Bloomington, Illinois where the Store Manager tested the system with the battery testing bad. He removed and replaced the battery and treated us like a professional gentleman. I am very impressed with him, and Autozone for employing top notch staff like him. Thank you!

After jumpstarting my car this morning, I headed straight to AutoZone. Adam tested my battery, and it couldn't give an accurate reading. I asked Adam if AutoZone switched batteries, he said "technically they don't". Adam went above and beyond and switched it anyway due to its easy access. After 5 minutes, I had a new battery installed. It was -7 with -30 windchill, and he still helped and took care of it. Thank you, Adam, and thank you AutoZone. Good man, and good company.

Had engine light on. They tested battery and it was good. So they plugged into the computer plug in under steering wheel.
Found out I have a sensor out.
All for free.

I prefer AutoZone to other parts stores, they're always good customer and information based service, and they're my go to stop all across the country. But I have to say I am absolutely impressed by the amount of above and beyond displayed by the employees of this store when it comes to professional, friendly and helpful service. I 100% recommend this location and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Very nice and helpful employees. They checked my car's battery for free, then made recommendation for new battery and parts that go with it. Once I purchased the battery, one of the employees installed it for me (for free). Thank you for great customer service and reasonable prices. This review was for location on Clearwater, near HyVee and Burger King.

Went in for new headlights, used app to buy what I thought I needed. Turned out the bulbs I got were for high beams and I went back to exchange. Alex was able to help figure out what I needed, and also took the time to install my low beam bulb. His demeanor and attitude toward customer service are unmatched.

Super friendly and efficient service! Knowledgeable staff who could tell immediately that I knew what I was coming here for. They deal decent quality parts at a reasonable price. And they can meet pretty well all your automotive needs. It’s also located in a convenient and central location for north side of Bloomington and Normal.

I have been to this AutoZone a few times now, and I am always helped quickly and expertly. Today when I stopped by for a new headlight bulb, I received great advice from the manager Boyaless that saved me money, and then he installed the bulbs for me free of charge. It was a great experience, and I fully recommend this location.

At the Bloomington location Bloomington, Illinois flora and Chris were awesome. They helped me and they get five stars.

Went in with check engine light on. Asked the counterperson if he could scan it for me. He politely said yes and proceeded outside with me. He scanned it went back in and printed me out the code. Was just an evap code from getting gas so had him reset the code. Now the remote start will work again as it does not when the check engine light is on. Great customer service!! Everytime I go in they have great people and go above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing and friendly service on a cold, wet, windy day. Had a battery that was badly corroded and was losing power. Ulysses not only sold us a new battery but installed it for us. I would definitely recommend them.
