Star Uniforms

I went to try on scrubs for my workplace that would then get embroidered with my name for pickup. I’m terrible with decisions and hate trying on clothes but boy did Spring take charge and it was a wonderful experience! When I told her where I work she immediately knew which styles/colors to offer and started pulling sizes off the rack right away for me to try and I seriously needed that or I would’ve been overwhelmed!

I loved her upbeat energy and while I was trying on clothes she was busting out work while singing to the great music playing and I am an avid believer in hard work that can also be fun. I want to see workers having a good time when I go in because why would I want to be around people who are miserable? I’ve been in customer service a long time so I notice a lot of the little things.

We had a blast talking about music and customer service while she was non-stop moving and being efficient. Amazing service- was so impressed by her and hope we can be best friends haha oh and I suppose I could mention the products themselves are great too 😂 the embroidered detailing is beautiful and the options I went with I’m so happy with; the tops and pants are soooo comfortable to move in. I think it’s one thing to have a great product but it’s nothing without great staff. I hope you are compensating Spring well because she was the best part of the whole experience in my opinion and you really have to value your prized workers! She is definitely the reason I will be going back and looking forward to it instead of dreading it as an errand. Great job! 👏

Spring was very helpful, nice and patient with me. Also, very knowledgeable with the different brands! She made sure I was satisfied with the choices I made. She helped me to open my mind on a brand that I wouldn’t normally go for. Which I ended up ordering two pairs of pants from. Thank you so much Spring!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed maternity scrubs and although they didn't have any in store the associate helped me place an order when I thought I was out of luck.

Staff were very helpful in finding the items and colors I was looking for. Decent selection, but great deals when ordering through the store, and you cab try on!

I have been going to Star for my uniforms for more years than I can count now. I believe that supporting small businesses is always a plus and they have always been courteous and helpful each and every time I have went in there.

I've had two amazing interactions. I just recently transitioned from hospital to clinic nursing and for the first time in my career got to wear scrubs that weren't hospital unisex standard issue. I had no idea my size or what I was looking for. I know I looked so lost when I first walked in and I was immediately helped. I was able to try on my selections to make sure they fit before buying. I went back again to purchase some more sets and even with it being 15mins before close, I was greeted with a smile and not rushed at all through the store. This time I also ordered some scrubs in different colors that needed to be shipped. I was made aware if items were backordered and never felt like I was pushed to just make the sale.

I will always recommend this store to my scrub wearing friends!

Super friendly, helped me pick a few scrub bottoms when I was having a difficult time. We had small talk, they didn't rush, and actually seemed to care about their customers. Will recommend to anyone if you love friendly customer service!!!

I do not like buying scrubs. The lady working helped me find what I was looking for, the correct sizes and helped find discounts to save me money. I can't wait to wear my new scrubs. Wonderful customer service!

She was amazing I love it there!

I went in on Saturday afternoon to get scrubs for my new job, that I started today. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Erin. I have never shopped for specific scrubs before so I am a newbie. She showed me all the choices that was acceptable at my new job and then had me try on some to make sure they fit and was comfortable for myself. They didn't have my size in pants, she called Champaign store to see if they had them in my size. They did so she had them transfered to Bloomington. They arrived today! Then I found another pair of pants not in my size she called back to Champaign nd they didn't have those ones but she ordered them for me, they will be in 7 to 10 business days. I was very pleased with the service I received and definitely will be back.
