Just bought a car from them and was very nervous and sceptical about buying one but Dusty and Brandon made everything so easy and I am thrilled with my purchase. I was looking for a particular vehicle as I am very picky, they even pulled the exact vehicle that I wanted from their inventory, had it detailed and at the office by the next day, ready for me to test drive and take home! My car gave out on me and I was desparate to get a new one fast. I talked to Dusty after being hesitant of coming in because I had heard bad things about the company. I had to get over that and see if it was as bad as people said. They treated me and my boyfriend very nice and they helped me to get the car that I've always wanted. I was low on cash and they helped me do what I needed with what I have. The interest rate on the car is higher than I'd like but I plan on putting more down with payments to be done quicker. At the end of the day I am happy with my choice!

Dusty was my agent. He was kind respectful very patient. Took me a few days and then few hrs test driving multiple vehicles before I decided. The whole team worked great to get me a right fit for my current needs. Thank you all!!

Purchased a SUV here motnhs ago. It is a very reliable vehicle. We have even driven it to Florida and back and did not have to worry about being stranded during our trip. I have lost a few pieces of my paperwork and have had to call about my account as well and Tashunda is wonderful. She is extremely helpful and saying she is nice is an understatement. She is knowledgeable and has a quick follow up. Tashunda is the best part of this business.

Jd byrider is a fantastic dealership. I first went to jd byrider in November of 2018. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be financed at that time. Eric Simmons encouraged me to come back in a few months and was just as helpful after I was declined as he was before. It didnt feel like all he cared about was getting me into a vehicle. He took the time over the past few months to work with me and figure out the best opportunity to find the best car for me. The day finally came yesterday and I'm very satisfied. The finance manager took his time walking me through my contract, even after closing time. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend jd by rider to anyone. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this company, I'm currently paying for the 2nd car I've purchased from them and I will continue to buy from them, they have been nothing but good to me. They are honest and will help with repairs and they are fair and they truly understand that people aren't made of money. And Shawn who works at the Bloomington office is AWESOME!
