Sweeney Bros Carpet & Restorative Cleaning

We inherited a 40 year old Turkish rug from my Father that was dirty and really needed a good cleaning. After reading all the great reviews we called Sweeney and they came and picked the rug up. 2 weeks later they delivered it. WOW....it's beyond what we expected. Colors are vibrant and we are beyond pleased with the results. Thanks for the Exceptional service.

If wish I could give more then 5 stars. Working with Dave from Sweeney Bros was an excellent experience. The carpets at my Mom's house, that we are trying to quickly get on the market, were a disaster. Dave was very responsive and accommodating, coming out to assess the carpet very promptly and at 6pm when I got off of work. Then after explaining our need to get this done quickly Dave came out on Saturday weekend of Labor day, by himself to clean our four rooms of carpeting. I'm sure each situation is unique, but for us the results were amazing. What was a disaster is now very presentable. And after all that the price was so reasonable I thought Dave had made a mistake, but it was not Sweeney Bros is just that afforidable. I can't thank Dave and Sweeney Bros enough!!

We needed to replace our kitchen/bathroom/laundry room floor. We had used Sweeney Bros. once before for our basement and they had done an amazing job. David was the sole worker on this new project of ours, but let me assure you - he was incredible. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to repair minor items that he had come across during his time here. Seriously, his efforts went above and beyond our expectations. When we lived in another house, we had a different (local) company redo our kitchen floor. We paid less, but the quality (or lack thereof) REALLY showed. The work was shoddy at best (and that was after they had to come back 3 times to 'try and get things right'.) Corners were cut, literally, and pieces of flooring were left unattached. It was horrible. Meanwhile, Sweeney Bros. were/are complete opposite. Timely, fair, honest, hard-working - we will never go anywhere else and I encourage, no, implore you to do the same. They are worth every cent.

We are so happy with the new carpet in two rooms of our home. From the first phone call Maurice/Morry has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. After I described the changes we were hoping to accomplish he came out and spent time at our home to review the best options. It is apparent that he is an expert. He noticed many small details about each room and provided recommendations for each room that fit both functionally and aesthetically. They were quick getting the carpet in stock and installing it. The installation mechanics did an excellent job and were able to preserve the tile floor in one room should we ever decide to go back to that surface. All around we couldn’t be happier with the entire process and our new carpet. The photo doesn’t do justice to how great it turned out.

Dave was very polite and attentive from the very first phone call we had. Service, attention to detail, and extreme care for your home as if it was his own was top notch. He was able to get a very large coffee stain out that I thought for sure would have ruined the carpet. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work performed. Would highly recommend, and will be using their services again.

Sweeney brothers responded very quickly to my emergency. They came to my house and picked up my rugs to clean. Returned them and placed them in my house with new pads. The rugs look beautiful! They made several repairs too. They are quite knowledgeable about oriental rugs and took extra time to share the history of my rugs with me. Very reasonably priced and excellent service. They wore masks and followed social distance measures. I will certainly use them again for not only rug cleaning but also when I need new flooring.

We sent all our rugs out for cleaning. The pick up and delivery were right on time, the pricing was fair, and the results were even better than our former Chicago rug cleaner provided. These guys went the extra mile for us and worked into the evening to get us taken care of. I recommend anyone with an oriental to use this company!

This company is fantastic. We used them for two services, a repair and a cleaning, and price, performance, politeness, were all spot on. One of the owners came to my house and we talked at length about flooring and how to treat future stains. I've lived with white carpet my whole life and I've been doing it wrong! Pricing was reasonable to below average, but the quality was second to none.

Dave with Sweeney Brothers did an excellent job with cleaning three rooms of carpeting today at our home. He was exactly on time, and dealt with some stubborn pet related spots and everything looks new again all at a reasonable price. No gimmicks, no cross selling - just good, honest and efficient !

Had a wool rug that had been soaked in urine from our dogs and figured it was done. They cleaned this carpet as good as new!! Couldnt believe that they got it ALL out!!! Great people and very reasonably priced for the amount of work goes into cleaning a rug!! ( it's not steam cleaned!! It's a long process, which knowledge is the biggest part!!
