Mug's Pizza & Ribs

I couldn’t fall asleep last night and was starving at around 11:00pm. Ordered a cheese pizza and was very content. Good spot for late night pizza cravings!

I love Mugs! They have awesome food of all types and their pizza is REALLY good too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for some wonderful comfort food!

This pizza reminds me of the old Baccis jumbo pizza special from 20 years ago. Huge pizza slice for under $5, and its delicious

This is a takeout place with good food that is open until 3:00 a.m. That is a wonderful thing. IMHO, The best in the Crystal lake area

The rib tip meal is amazing. This is hands down one of the best spots to order food from. Treat yourself if you're in the area.

We enjoy the monster pizza here. Lots of cheese and your choice of 5 toppings. They are always generous on the toppings, too. The price is fair. A little inconsistent in flavor for some reason when we get fresh garlic. We also love the kids pasta for our little one

Tried their ribs today after seeing the recommendations online. The ribs are meaty, fall off the bone Delicious. Comes with choice of potato side, side salad or soup and a roll. Also they are open late night for delivery. Also loved their Italian beef sandwich and pizza.

Oh, this place is fantastic. Quick, individualized service. Great food. I've never been disappointed in anything I ordered. I wish their delivery service was quicker. It's usually on the cold side when it gets delivered. That's why I prefer to pick it up.

Best bang for the buck in town with this inflation. Good food, good price, and a short wait. The chicken fingers have gotten less ...full, since the inflation, but it is still the best bang for the buck in town!

If only they didn't open up so late in the afternoon, sometimes I would enjoy it for lunch around 10am-12pm!

P.S. If you want to have plenty of cheesy food for very little money, get the garlic cheesy bread and a slice of pizza. Around $10 dollars, just under, and you get a real satisfying meal. So tasty!

Great for late-night ordering. Open till 3am. Good food, just wouldn't recommend the bacon, it's bacon bits, even on the blt. Ribs are awesome, and so is most everything else

Just ordered delivery from here and you guys are awesome!!! Not only is the food fantastic and that goes without saying, but the customer service was top notch, reasonable prices, delivery time was fast and you hooked me up with extra everything that I asked for. Keep up the good work and I'll be back for more

This place is open till 3 am! Placed an order while working on the road paving. The pizza was done perfectly and just like I like it! They do deliver and while working on there road, it was a constant steady of drivers going out to deliver. Friendly staff.
Wish there was a mugs closer to where I lived!

This isn't gourmet. So anyone with a review that expects a $7 sandwich or a $25 large pizza to be Fifth Avenue worthy is just mental.

What it is is really good. Especially for the price and the super late hours.

We ordered for the first time last night. Ordered a second time today. First was pizza at 1 a.m. And it was really great. Ed was our delivery guy and he was so friendly and caring.

Next was today... Lasagna, chicken fingers, combo, Philly steak, dinner salad, fries....

Portions are HUGE. Everyone is super happy with their food. And tonight's delivery driver was really nice too. He chatted also, and said so many nice things about the shop and his Co workers. They both seemed to really love their jobs. That says something about a place.

Literally THEE most clutchest place there is at 2am.. This is the place for night owls like my self. Massive single slice of pizza for $4? Can’t beat it. Never liked breaded wings until I had some from here. The sauce they provide is honestly super good. My orders have always been spot on. Their burgers are easily in my top 5 forsure. 10/10

We ordered delivery to the Bensenville Holiday Inn and this pizza was one of the best I have ever eaten!

Great staff. Great food. On time delivery. Decent prices. What else is there to say? For a small strip mall pizza and rib joint, it is great and amazing food quality and service. They are polite, accurate, and good humored folks. My family and I order from there often and we have never had a bad experience. So, I give it the Geoffrey rating of Five of Five 🌟. Mugs is the perfect everyone pleaser. No one ever has anything bad to say! Good price for the quality of food too, friendly people working there. Also they're usually open pretty late! The staff is also very health conscious and that is always appreciated!

Everyone is so friendly here and the pizza is always delicious and fresh. Quick service and easy ordering. They don't skimp on the cheese too. I'll be coming back for sure!
