Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

Went to this Pharmacy for the first time. The pharmacist Kayla helped me tremendously. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE!!!

Also there was a young man , cart pushing, who was super kind .

Considering doing all my shopping at the Jewel just in appreciation of the staff at Jewel Osco.

Cindy is awesome! Ran into an issue with my vaccine card, she called the pharmacy chain who originally vaccinated me and got the issue sorted out in just minutes!

They even deliver prescriptions to customers as well! They are always caring and professional. Terri is the best!

Staff is always close at hand to help!

There aren't many places to sit near the pharmacy if you're waiting. They do have lots of protective shields for prevention of covid-19. The staff was friendly.

This pharmacy used to be better. Now you just get lied to about when your prescription will be ready. Apparently the new system likes to tell you something will be ready a certain day, but when you call it actually won't be ready until 3 days later. That's a pretty huge difference and it's very frustrating. The pharmacists themselves are fine. But I'm just going to switch to a pharmacy that doesn't cause me issues whenever I need a prescription filled. I just want decent communication and maybe a reliable app. If it's reliable. The new one isn't good at all.
