We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe from them in January. It was a wonderful buying experience. Chekhouna Thiam was our sales rep and he was patient and informative and helpful. I will certainly recommend him to friends. Then Anthony and Doug (Sales Manager) where there to help with a number of other details. They were super supportive.

My experience at Sam Leman Dodge was incredible. It was my first time ever buying a car and the salesman Levi Evans made everything as comfortable and easy as could be. I cannot thank Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep in Bloomington for their above and beyond service. Salesman Travis was very professional, and not pushy. For him to go above and beyond and have my dream vehicle transferred from the Peoria location to Bloomington meant so much. He answered all the questions my husband and I had regarding making a purchase, and what options we had. From the moment we walked in it was a very welcoming environment and didn't feel like we were getting swarmed by hungry sharks. In addition to Travis providing top-notch service, Tim and Anthony were great at getting us the best deal possible. Tim genuinely cared about our safety options, and he was so laidback as we were treated like family. My 2023 Jeep Renegade is beyond perfect with so many bells and whistles. I just bought a vehicle from here and I have to say it was very pleasant. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. Mason King was the real MVP sales person. If it wasn’t for him I would have never have found my new car. He was very helpful at answering my questions and setting up times to come in. He’s a natural! Highly recommended.

Arrived a little after 5pm on a Wednesday night. Was greeted by Doc. He paid attention to my request and what I was looking for in a Gladiator. He realized the one I drove over to see wasn’t the best fit and guided me to one that checked off all of the items on my “must have” list. He Anthony and Tim helped complete the deal. Doc and Anthony helped detail it, and Doc helped unload the concrete block that I had in the bed of my trade truck. Left the dealers just past closing time by 2 hours. They stuck with me through the process. Go tell them hello and let them help you too!

Not only is he very knowledgeable, but was very personal and paid attention to every detail throughout the entire process. My friend and I were in a bit of a rush to purchase a vehicle due to the fact that she was going back to Montana in a few days and the current car she had wasn’t in condition to be driving in Montana mid January. We went to Sam Leman Chrysler at the end of Veterans Pkwy and was assisted by a wonderful sales rep, Denise G. She was quick to pull up some vehicles across all of Sam Leman that would fit our needs as far as room, upgraded technology/specs, drive train and overall top tier comfortability and style. She even offered to pull vehicles from other locations outside of bloomington, that day if we wanted. She’s firm in what she says and believes in and is very knowledgeable about the cars that they have. It was also really nice to have someone who is understanding of our standpoint, financially and was not trying to sell us something ridiculously out of our price range. Overall wonderful experience, outside from Denise, the other staff were very welcoming and the facility itself was very neat, clean and organized. Thanks Denise and Sam Leman!!!”
