Chipotle Mexican Grill

I loved this place. The food is so good, you get a large portion, and for a reasonable price. We were on a road trip, just passing through, and decided to stop here. It was a good decision. The workers were friendly and helpful and I would definitely go here again.

I just came in around 9:15 and had to friendliest interaction. I work at a restaurant myself and am very appreciative of great customer service. I came in about 45 minutes till close so like most restaurants will be at that time they were out of a few things. It wasn’t an issue to me at all as I get it but the man making my order was very sincere about his apology and even offered me double of my other topping to make up for it. I chose to leave a $7 tip because I appreciated his attitude so much and he once again was so appreciative and asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a drink or any chips. 10/10 experience at this Chipotle, I will be back.

I love there bowls and I love when they put ovcoatoe on my bowl I how they make good chips and they are very fresh and good I also like when they post different things as fair as adds

Chipotle has always been one of our favorite restaurants to go too, especially in a pinch! Located in near downtown Bloomington with a lot of different amenities around the area and stores, it's a great place to be able to go ahead and get a quick bite and go on your Merry way for shopping. We were just wrapping up a five plus our trip, and actually this is a good stop before we head home to Peoria Illinois.
This restaurant was very clean, Stafford very friendly, service was extremely quick, and they even helped us carry our food outside so we can enjoy the fresh air.

Edit 2: this is now my favorite Chipotle. Been coming here for over two years and they’ve been super consistent. I’m never disappointed with my orders! You guys are awesome!

I'm not always the biggest fan of Chipotle, but if every Chipotle was like this location I would be a huge fan. The service is great. The portions were great. The ingredients were very fresh. I had such a great experience, I ate at this location for lunch 2 days in a row just to see if it was a fluke.

I am not a big Chipotle fan taste wise but the service was incredible tonight. They gave us 2 free buy one get one free cards because things were running a little slow + 2 free meals. This is the kind of service every restaurant needs. Thanks for a great experience!

So I come in alot and figired, I'd do the feedback for the Burritos for a Year sweepstakes, might as well leave feedback on here. Solid service from the staff. Fast and easy and everything was top notch. Huge s/o to the individuals by the names of Judy, Cherelle, and Skyler for the A+++ food and service. Well worth the few extra miles going to this store over the others.

Sometimes less is better. Overstuffed burritos or tacos are hard for some people to eat. I asked them to remake some tacos that had more guacamole on the outside then inside for my elderly mom. Got to say they were gracious about it. Great job!

This place has fun employees and everything they do is to make you happy and enjoy your trip!! The line cashier for the mid-shift today around 1630 3/4/22 completely rocked our faces off with his jokes and customer service!!

Awesome food that fills you up all day! Food is authentic, organic chicken with no antibiotics used. Price is low. Restaurant is clean. And ordering online using their app is easy!

Top choices for quality fast food and freshness. Even if you stumble upon a bum experience, they will make it right, just tell them, and don't forget to be lenient on your end too, no one's perfect.

Fresh food, friendly clean employees, never a long wait no matter when I go, and did I mention the employees were great! Fast efficient and knowledgeable.

Usually busy but staff is quick and efficient. Also they make much better guac and chicken because the others in town are too salty
