I got here to get everything I need for work they all are good people and there is always someone to help when you need it I love how friendly everyone is the store is always clean

Mike in the window and door department is very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help. This location is also a good size and stocks a lot of products.

Had to get some lumber, plexiglass, gloves and few other things. It's very clean 👌 you actually get a hello when arriving. I'll b back

We drove by to see if they had some flowers out yet..yes they did. Already pansies and some other annuals and perennials. Good assortment for early in the season. They have a great assortment of potting and garden soil available. Lots of landscape and hardscape products too. They also have some trees and shrubs available.
It is great to see the bright colors of the flowers. This was my first trip there for flowers, I know I will be back for more. 😊

Home Depot is a great chain. I know they have had a major impact on small traditional hardware stores but the selection and pricing serves the needs of millions of homeowners and contractors. I do a lot of DIY at my 2 properties plus the 3 of my kids, so I am often in H.D. or Lowe's. H.D. gets the nod as the better of the two, mostly because they tend to have more knowledgeable staff on hand to answer questions or to give advice.

Good experience. Quick check-in. Fast unloading. It's took them only 1 hours to unload my truck.

Helpful crew, found everything quickly , in and out in less then 30 min

The young man in the lumber department was super helpful when I was in their earlier this week. Had a similar experience with a different gentleman a few weeks ago, too.

Had to actually get some help and someone was there to assist! Can't be said for some other large hardware type stores, cough *Lowes* cough.

The employees here are always so helpful. Most recently I had the pleasure of of having Anita cash me out and she saw that I was purchasing quite a few plants. So she went and grabbed a few trays for me to use to make my life a little easier, even warned me about my little tomato plants potential to break its little arm due to the way it was situated in my cart. 5 stars, so nice 👌

Has whatever it is you need. Just don't ask for help, they know less than you do.
Update: went in today looking plumbing pieces to connect new house water filter.
Was surprised that someone offered to help almost immediately. Then became very frustrated while he constantly told what I couldn't do but not helping with what I CAN do.
Gave up and went to Lowes instead.
So thanks, you helped more than you could know!

I just picked up an online order and had my baby with me. It was too big. Beth helped me trouble shoot and went above and beyond to help my baby and I and get it into the car as I cursed my husband. Thank you Beth!

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful. Had a couple of hard to find items and we were consistently greeted with a smile! The prices were good but we were hoping for a bigger selection of Christmas tree lights as our options for "soft glow" lighting was minimal. Overall a good experience and we will be back to do more shopping in the future.

Great Customer Service at Home Depot Augusta Maine

Without being pushy, a really great store associate asked me for help, escorted me to the right area and the correct product (a lawn mower accessory), got me a cart and loaded the large heavy item, and then escorted me to the cash register and gave me a small discount as I was taking an end of season item off his hands! He was knowledgeable, and make my day with his attention to my needs! I was frustrated before I arrived and a got the item I needed and a brighter outlook because of his friendly care! Thanks!

Didn't get his name, but had associate help us find an elusive $2.19 product. Worked with us as if it was a $500+ product. Thank you for having such kind employees. Makes a big difference in lives of others.

The associate walked me through all of the steps and options and even helped me make a decision on what I should get for paints. My project came out awesome because of the great customer service that I received.

We went to the Augusta store and was helped by John and Ben from lumber. Ben helped us get 7 sheets of plywood and also cut them down for us with no attitude and no questions asked. very good service.
