Food was good came out fast. But the workers could use some up lifting. They all seemed to acted like robots. No one had any personality at all.

The lady that took our order was awesome and friendly and helped us figure out how to get the most for our money

This is a great location. The food is always served fresh and there is never a need to substitute items because "they are out." Combination KFC/Taco Bell is a good option, but only if run well. This is one of those locations. The only thing missing is Pizza Hut, but I am very content with the duo restaurant.

Food was great, received everything correct in a timely manner. Not evaluating atmosphere as i did not dine in. I will add that the prices are a bit OVER INFLATED. A small bit of info.. businesses have reported that roughly 54% of all inflation is pure profit for these and many other corporations. Feel free to fact check me. It is reqdily out there. Also the selections for this restaurant to show what i ordered is extremely incomplete.

I always get great service. The food is good and hot. I like to sit at the high table in the center of the lobby. When you sit at the regular benches, the tables are too low. Other than that, the place is great.

Not a bad place to rent food from. They get my order right most of the time and the employees are pretty nice.

My favorite Taco Bell. It's quiet, the employees are fast, and the food was good! There was actually meat in my crunch wrap!

I do not go to Taco Bell often thus when ordering today I had a few questions as I utilized the drive thru. I was not rushed and pleasantly guided to the right choices for me by an employee who was friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the pick up window, I was again waited on by an employee who was friendly and helpful And smiling.
My order was given to me correct. I also received plenty of napkins in my bag. Thank you for a good lunch time experience!

Amazing customer service & the staff are very friendly & fun! It brightens up my day every time I come by. I had a problem with my order that I communicated over the phone & they were very kind & understanding & we resolved it easily. Definitely some of the best customer service in Augusta compared to a lot of the other fast food restaurants (looking at you, Bangor Street McDonalds)

I mean, it's a taco bell mixed in with a KFC. What else can you ask for. Food is delightful, staff is friendly and fun. They allowed us to take an absurd amount of extra diablo hot sauce packets home after I asked. Taco bell is by far the best fast food in the business, pay a visit.

My son LOVES Taco Bell! They closed the Taco Bell in Rockland so he hasn't had it for a while. We were going to go to Wendy's and it was super busy, drive thru line very long, inside was packed. I noticed Taco Bell and he was all excited! They too had a long line at drive thru but, it moved along quickly. We got our food in very timely manner, everything was great! And considering how much my son ordered, it was twenty dollars! Not bad for a Friday night in Augusta!

Love us some taco bell. But we only go to the one on western ave, the one of civic center drive is not good. They do not take pride in there job at all.

I went through the drive-thru and even with a bit of a line they were pretty quick and polite.

Their triple double crunch wrap is awesome. I also love the new freeze named cherry sunset. Their best tacos are the Doritos locos tacos. I think that the happy hour from 2-5 for freezes to only be 1$ is a great marketing idea and it really allows the consumer to enjoy a cold drink without breaking the wallet. Check this place out on main st in Waterville ME and in Augusta as well, You won’t be disappointed!

These folks are always polite and have a kind word for my co-pilots (two doggos) and my order is always accurate.

I over rate this because I hate to give a bad rating. They're likely fine people.

But taco bell isn't really food, is it?

Place is clean good food and come join them even the staff needs to be a little bit worked on

Love stopping here the food is always great and there is always a big line everytime i show up but if you go inside you can order and leave and they are quick!
