Absolutely our favorite place to eat always the happiest environment and wonderful food! Our server yesterday was so thorough and eager to help answer all our questions. Richard was our server and he was training but you’d never know it, I’ve Never met a more knowledgeable trainee! Very polite, helpful and on top of things! Definitely the perfect addition to the company! Thank you for such a personable experience!

Probably got lucky, and might have been a one off - but we had the best service either party has seen in years. Thank you Nick!
We ordered some appetizers, everyone thought there were pretty good, too salty/greasy though, caused upset stomachs even though they tasted delicious

Our server, I believe his name was Richard, was so attentive, personable, welcoming, and kind. We would have had a good experience regardless because the environment and food is always the best but his service was top notch making it a 10/10 experience. Keep being perfect Richard

Place is phenomenal! Definitely will be going there again soon and making it a favorite place to eat. Food was delicious and drinks 🍻 we're great! Staff was very welcoming and professional.

Yes. Just, YES! Best Mozzarella sticks I've ever had!! If you love your steak, this is The Place for you! The service is phenomenal. You get to pick your steak immediately on your way to being seated. It's clean. The staff is super friendly. When they bring you your steak they have you check it to see if it's cooked the way you like and if not they take it back and fix it. Service is prompt. The drinks are really good. WARNING: They use peanuts so not for anyone with a peanut allergy!
It's really hard for highly commercial restaurant chains to make me this happy with my food, and Texas Roadhouse in Augusta achieved it!

Not impressed last night. Took granddaughters there for their birthday. It seems our waitress wanted us to pay our bill without seeing it. Asked for the bill before we would pay. She put in the wrong food order for the kids, charging a higher meal price. Also the kids meals included a drink but she charged us for two drinks. There was like a $12 overcharge. Not going there for a while.

Brooke the waitress was amazing. It was our first time there. Definitely a cut above LongHorns on many levels- size of baked potatoes, cooking steaks right, blooming onion was awesome, attentive waitresses.

food was good! music was loud! the service was EXCELLENT. Chelsea was our server and she was amazing. She continually checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Drinks were always full, and she was very friendly.

Roadhouse never let's us down. Wish we could go more often but the closest one is almost a 2hr drive. Food is great, seasoned and prepared well. The service is wonderful, always feeling welcome whether you and a friend, or a party of 20.

One of my co-workers stepped on a broken grate and sliced his arm open and went to the hospital for stitches.

Maggots climb out of the clogged drains and we are told to work around the sewage cause it's too expensive to correctly fix the drains.

Next time you get explosive diarrhea from eating here, you know why. Your salads are made right next to this, and the expo line right where this is flooded.

Thanks for giving us 2 table sections. Punish us for food runs, while we have to deal with this BS.

Consistently delicious and amazing staff. They offer a military discount, which is greatly appreciated by the veteran in my life! The atmosphere is a bit loud but otherwise fine.

Great service...some of the best I've had on the receiving end. The "Dallas" is my new favorite Steak! All the staff were enjoying their job and that translated to a excellent experience. Ceaser salad was bit heavy handed on the dressing...I'm sure if I asked it could ha e been corrected.

Always a great experience at txrh, no matter where in the US we are. Augusta has been no exception and we look forward to at least once a month visits. You just can't beat the comfort of home, available all over the country.

Update: I will say that the last two times we've gone to this location, it has taken a LONG time to get our food, and today it took 40 minutes from ordering to dinner being served, which was just two chicken-fried steaks. Not sure what's going on there but it makes it hard to plan a visit when you are on a tight schedule and dinner may take a total of 2 hours.

A great experience! I used the Texas Roadhouse App to get seating ahead of time and when we arrived, we were seated right away. Next, we chose our steaks we wanted. The food was good and so was the service. Steak was cooked exactly as requested! I'll be back!!!

Staff was friendly, fun atmosphere, my steak was delicious and tender. Can't wait to go back!
