after reading some of these reviews id like to share my own after staying here a few times. I stayed here in the winter of march 2023 with my mom and sister during a snow storm. We had the best time there! The rooms are cozy and the staff felt like our friends right away. The fire alarm kept going off unfortunately but the staff handled it very well. Instead of making us wait in the cold they opened up their suites for us to hang out. The pool and locker rooms are stunning and make the trip. I can’t say anything about spa services bc unfortunately I had too much fun swimming and watching movies in our room to check it out but the spa staff there was super informative about what they offer! After the trip my mom sister and I decided we have to come back every year!! The rooms are way too affordable not too! Thank you senator inn staff!!!!

My recent stay at the Senator Spa & Inn in Augusta, Maine, was an absolute delight, earning every bit of its five-star rating.

The pool's size allowed for a satisfying swim, and the well-maintained facilities surrounding it added to the overall enjoyment. The hot tub was a welcomed indulgence, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of exploration.

The gym and workout area exceeded expectations. It boasted state-of-the-art equipment, creating an excellent space for maintaining fitness routines while away from home. Skyea, the front desk attendant at the gym, was a true gem. Her welcoming demeanor and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience.

In conclusion, the Senator Spa & Inn in Augusta stands out as a five-star haven. From cleanliness and affordability to the impressive pool, hot tub, and gym facilities, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. Skyea's warm hospitality was the icing on the cake, making this establishment a must-visit for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and value in Augusta, Maine. I look forward to returning in the future!

I was extremely happy with the salt water pool, the jacuzzi and gym were perfect also. Restaurant on site and bar as well. One of my favorite thus far.

Great price with a great location. Our room was very nice. Helpful staff. No complaints would stay again if in the area.

The yoga class with Wendy was wonderful! Kim the massage therapist was fantastic, the service at Cloud 9 was marvelous & the desk team and spa concierge was awesome

The aquatic aerobics class that Cheryl Farley teaches will make you sweat even in the pool. Take the class excellent. Facility was in excellent condition and the staff over very customer oriented. Love it.

Very clean and friendly environment. Staff was on point. Had everything you could want to get a good night's sleep and shower...

I love service of ladies in their SPA. I would personally recognize Tammy, Natt and Kellie for their outstanding customer service and helping with their needs. This was one of our halt to our destination and we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed more and enjoyed their spa services longer. This customer service wants us to come back for longer stay next time we visit Augusta, ME.

We used spa pool service & we were NOT disappointed. Service was amazing, staff pleasant. Even the guests seemed snooty but not at all... overall the best environment to bring your family to relax. It was just what we needed & what we were looking for to escape for a little bit.

Wow, is a good word to describe my experience at the Senator Inn and spa it was amazing. The staff at both the front desk and specifically at the Spa, Shannon and Maddy as well as another lady that i didn't catch her name, they were amazing and went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. You can see they put their hearts into the work and are a great example of exceptional service. 👏

Buy your Cony cards and get buy one get one day pass! Can't beat a price for relaxing time in the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room with a mate.

Had a lovely stay here, clean rooms, friendly staff who gave fantastic breakfast recommendations (Lisa’s!!), gave us paper plates, napkins and utensils for some leftover pizza, and Caitlyn who came to our room to look at the fireplace - she was on the floor looking for the pilot light, trying ti get it working, and immediately offered and got us a new (close by) room, where she tested the fireplace before bringing us a new key! Honestly, such a wonderful place!

Everyone needs to be pampered, and this is that place. Today I received a massage and color, cut and a blow out. My massage was superb! Russel is a master for color! Having Russel was a blessing, not only is he an exceptional stylist, he’s a very special human being, so uplifting kind and caring. Best cut and color I’ve ever had and such a pleasure to talk to! All the staff was so friendly and kind, thank you to all I had the pleasure of interacting with, I can’t wait to go back!!

Staff was friendly, room was very clean, pool was cold, once you got in it was ok. Hot tub great. I will return. Thank you for a great stay

The room is clean, the staff is excellent. We love the pool and hot tub. Our ride was running late to pick us up for check out and the front desk was very understanding and gave us an extra hour in our room.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are well Celt and sheets were soft. Staff was helpful and nice. Fantastic amenities, especially for the area. I’d highly suggest this as your place to stay if you are in Augusta.

The restaurant was outstanding - we had a wonderful experience with excellent food and brunch options, as well as exceptional service from the staff. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

The staff are really well picked.....especially the bar staff including Jake who is an exceptional individual, well spoken friendly knowledgeable and genuine.
The food options are not only varied but the spin they put on their pizzas is worth going there based on that.
The rooms on the restaurant side are more spacious with kings so request that side is possible. I just stayed on the spa side with a queen and it's quite right and outdated. Nonetheless it was clean and had no funky odors. Parking is ample and the outdoor pool is sweet. Being dog friendly is the icing on the cake, that and the great beer and pizzas.
I believe I was charged the same price for the big room with the king and the small cramped one with the queen so that was my only grip I guess...

The rooms were spotless, and I was amazed upon walking into the dining room of the attached restaurant! Such a cool atmosphere, some of the art has been there for years! I was told their brick oven pizza was imported from Italy! All of the staff that I encountered were very nice and also wore masks and adhered to social distancing! I did not get to use the spa but it looked amazing! Will be going back!
