LongHorn Steakhouse

This was the best experience my husband and I have had at any chain restaurant ever! We’ve tried all the others around and have had some not so good experiences, idk why it took us so long to try this place but I’m pleasantly surprised and glad we did!
The food was amazing and came out so fast compared to other places that it was almost hard to believe! I hadn’t even finished my appetizer yet and our main dishes were being served! The selection of veggies was by far my favorite part, I got the brussels sprouts and the asparagus and they were both delicious. I also tried the strawberry margarita and got the ‘long pour’ which comes with a shaker and I got 3 whole glasses out of it so you definitely get your moneys worth! I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s definitely worth trying if you’re on the fence about it like we were! This will be our new go to place for sure, can’t wait for the next visit. 😊

My wife and I were rather hungry but we couldn't find a non-chain restaurant via Google Maps in the area that we were comfortable with based on reviews. Thus, we decided on dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. Truthfully, Longhorn Steakhouse is our "Go To" when we can't find something different that we are comfortable with. Most importantly, Longhorn Steakhouse has never disappointed us. We were greeted and quickly seated by a very friendly and welcoming Host, Abrianna who had a big and genuine smile. Our Server was Mylinh and Melissa assisted her. Both Mylinh and Melissa were simply awesome and they make a great team! Truthfully, all of the staff at this location were friendly, welcoming, and very pleasant. For an appetizer we had the Steakhouse Wings and Bread with Butter. For dinner, we both had the Renegade Sirloin Steak medium temperature. My wife had Broccoli and a Caesar Salad and I had a Sweet Potato and a Caesar Salad. All of our food was cooked to perfection and it was simple, delicious, and just the right portion. For a beverage, we had water with no ice and a 20 oz Samuel Adams Winter Seasonal Draft Beer. Honestly, Mylinh and Melissa made for an awesome experience and they both posse an amazing customer service and hospitality skill set which is a rarity in today's world. We would definitely return to this location when we are in the area!

Zachary always provides great service at this location and the food and atmosphere were on par. The only downside is they get busy fast so I suggest thr calk ahead option if possible to make sure you don't have to wait, but the wait is worth it.
The food is always great and proper pacing so of you order an appetizer or salad with your entree it is not delivered at once so you can enjoy the meal and not feel rushed.
Very friendly staff, clean environment, and many positive interactions making this a go to restaurant of choice for my and my family. It is great for special occasions or just wanting to get out of the house and have something different when no one wants to cook at home.

My husband and I just left and Taylor was an excellent server. Very professional and on top of everything. The food was cooked to perfection,my steak was ordered medium rare and my husband's medium and they were both perfectly cooked. I dont normally leave reviews,positive or negative,but the service,professionalism,the food,everything was far and above my expectations and I will be back in the near future and hoping to have Taylor again as our server and the same cook will be on the line. Thank you fornthe amazing experience and someone who truly knows how to cook steak!

Excellent all around. The atmosphere was very nice, the inside is very pretty, and the staff was pleasant and professional.

The food was amazing! I don't eat steak often, but a co-worker told me that you could get parmesan crust on your steak, and I had to try it. I ordered the prime rib, medium-rare, and it came out perfectly. The parmesan was an excellent addition too, but it's not on the menu from what I can tell because it's probably not to everyone's liking.

I would definitely come here again, and it's a company favorite as well.

The food was delicious! My steak was well done but still nice and tender. The staff was absolutely lovely and the drinks were strong, but not too strong. The atmosphere of this restaurant was amazingly calm. The lighting wasnt too much, but also not to dim. The seating capacity is great, the parking lot was full and there was plenty of seating inside! Would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our lunch today. Both of us had the smaller ribeye steak with sweet potatoes. I ordered medium rare and that's what I received. Tender, moist, flavorful meat as hoped. Arnold Palmer to drink, nice. Good service, fair price for the quality.

We ordered the Renegade steak with shrimp on rice...Yummy. it came with a sweet potato, and a side salad. We had warm bread and butter. The steak was cooked perfect, medium rare. The 8 shrimp were so tasty...this is my new favorite dish.

Kudos to the staff at Long Horn. We went there on a Saturday night for dinner. We used the app when we left so we would be on the list (best thing ever). We waited maybe 10 minutes once we arrived. I thought we were going to have a server with a poor attitude when we sat. He walked by and tossed some coasters on the table and kept on going. I was so very wrong, this server was outstanding. We could tell they were short staffed, management scattered open tables to make it look like the restaurant was full. Our server took our drink order and I forgot to order water with my beer, as I typically do that. He must have been a mind reader because he brought one anyway. We ordered our apps and meal at the same time. We usually don't like to do that because of timing, but they were busy so we did it anyway. Again this server came through, the apps were delivered really quickly and then when we were done those the meals came out. The food was hot, and cooked to perfection. For a chain restaurant this place performed like there were a local restaurant trying to impress and they did. Our servers name is Eric and I would wait 2 hours to be sat in his section, he has that good. Well done Long Horn management, kitchen staff and wait staff.

Once again the service was outstanding. This time it was Megan (apologies if I spelled it wrong) and she was very attentive. The food was just as expected at a chain, flavorful and cooked very well. The apps were a little salty this time, which is unusual. There was one issue, this statue was looming over my wife judging her during the entire meal. I had to post the pic cause we thought it was poorly placed, fortunately it did not affect the food or service.

Wonderful big meal of steak tips and two sides. Very quick professional service, Thank you Eric you deserve 6 ⭐ s!

Great experience and great food. The only thing odd was the online vs in-resteraunt wait times were a little off.

I have a steak coomed to medium rare as requested and my wife enjoryed the tips.
Will 100% go back.

The place was packed, and we were seated in 15 minutes. Our food was on the table in no time. Good prices 👍

This place is great . It's hard to find pork chops on the menu at most places, but a serving of 3, left me so happy. Just a great place to eat.

It was nice for once to go out and have a good dining experience. The waiter we had was exceptional, and the Steak tips where great!

First off, our waitress was incredible, she was extremely nice and very attentive to our needs. So thank you Jen for making us feel welcomed from start to finish. She really made this a phenomenal experience. The food was very good, I try ribs almost every steakhouse I go to and longhorns were some of my favorite. The macaroni and cheese was incredible I couldn’t even wait to take a picture to try it. My fiancé got the crusted parm chicken and it was very tasty. All in all I would rate this some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant and the food was extremely good.

The food is delicious, wish there were more options to choose from.

Service is pretty fast, as long as it isn't too busy. Go before 5:30 pm

We ate here around 3 in the afternoon and had our best meal ever in Augusta. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Erica was wonderful. Kudos to all.

The food was to die for. Everything g was perfect. The waiter was so nice. I asked for the left over bread and he said I'll just bring you a new one! It was our 46th wedding anniversary. It was great there was another couple on our left having their and one more next to them. Thanks

Zack was our server check-in on us, not too much, but just enough food was so so the kitchen was busy. The steak was a little overcooked, and broccoli was undercooked for my liking
