Kohl's

I do my best Christmas shopping at Kohl's on President's Day. Associates throughout the store asked me several times if I needed any help. Megan, my cashier was efficient, cheerful, and was enthusiastic about my bargains. I got clothing for almost all the members of my family and some friends. As a retiree on a fixed income, stretching my shopping budget could be a chore, but Kohl's makes it much easier!

I love this place. The deals are great! I always have great service in fast returns and checkouts.I love the clearance items. Very inexpensive. And we get cash back and rewards for shopping thereabove the sales. It's a win-win.

Kohl's is a great place. It's best to check for deals prior to coming here though. The prices are all at suggested retail and not more than that. But, if you check for deals in advance... you can do a lot better for your money. Their kitchen section is absolutely amazing! Everything you could possibly need, but it is better when it is on sale. The clothing selection is fantastic. If you can't find a complete outfit for any occasion, you may never be satisfied. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I will continue doing business with them as I have never had a bad experience here. I always find something useful on every visit.

Maybe because of the holiday season, the store wasn't as tidy as during previous visits, but it may be very frustrating when almost half of the 'Price Check' stations are disabled. However, the friendliness of the staff and, especially at checkout (Haileigh was very pleasant and helpful) more than made up for any inconvenience. All in all, a nice visit.

It was so wonderful to walk into a store and look at things, to be able to try on things, before buying. I appreciate being able to see things in person so that I don't have to wait for something to arrive and have to wait again if it doesn't work. Although, it is extremely convenient if you don't have time to shop to go to Kohl's online!

As always in all Kohls Stores, store is neat; easy to find items needed; staff is knowledgeable and pleasant; well stocked; atmosphere is pleasant and clean…and always good bargains. Always impressed that workers are so informed of item placement. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at Khols in Augusta this afternoon. The clothing prices were much lower then other stores I searched in the area, and I got some great deals! The checkout line went super fast considering there were so many shoppers due to Christmas and the cashier, Brandon, was super nice, accommodating, and very polite. I don't usually shop Khols but I'm happy that I did today. I'll definitely be returning in the future, however I won't be stepping foot in Sephora again, which is inside of Khols. I was so disappointed in the some of the people working there who seemed to avoid me due to my old age. I asked one girl if they sell emery boards. She looked all over the shelves and she finally said that they don't sell that fragrance there. I had to explain to her what an emery board is and what it's used for. Maybe her lack of knowledge was due to smoking too much weed cause she wreaked.

Such polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel. I was able to get in and out of the store in a timely manner and with the salesclerks help, I was able to find what I was looking for.

I love the Kohls in Augusta. The store is clean and the associates are very friendly and approachable. I'm glad I can call this one of my favorite places to shop.

We had a good shopping experience. Also returned an Amazon purchase, which is super cool. My daughter got some great deals on Adidas and Nike clearance pants, shorts, and tops. Amazing prices! It was fun.

Fiana is an absolutely incredible associate who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made you want to come back soon hoping to see her again. She will renew your faith in the young. Instead of sitting on her butt waiting for handouts, she is adding real value to Kohl's far in excess of her salary.

Kat was extremely helpful and friendly. Please value her for her great customer service.

My trip to kohls was very pleasant. I found just what I wanted. Cashier Deborah was very friendly. The store was clean & the prices very good. I visited the Augusta, Maine store.

Today I went to change an item at Kohls. The woman who took care of me is called Kati. She is the best attention I have received. This girl is excellent.

Extremely wonderful unlike Bridgewater store in NJ who made me feel not wanted they told me my kohl card was no good. Augusta store took the time to fix the problem. My card is now good 👍

I dont shop at Kohls so I dont really have an opinion about Kohls as a place to purchase things. I go to Kohls to make Amazon returns upon a rare occassion. Im glad that Kohls exists for that reason alone. Kohls also has had no problem allowing my dog to accompany me into the store when i make an Amazon return so thats a great thing too.
