Brewer City Manager

Stephen Bost attitude and disdain towards the public is beyond disgusting, it's absolutely apporant. He is a stain to the town of Brewer and should never work as a public servant. He will call armed thugs on you if he does not approve of your presence in a public building paid by public dollars

I hope Stephen Bost isn’t still the City Manager of this fine town because knowing that he is still sitting in a position that he isn’t emotionally capable of handling, makes your whole town look bad. Would be a beautiful town if friendly folks were in the offices and competent police officers served the town. The rest of the folks in the city building seem very nice, minus the city manager and the old dudes that follow him around the building like a fan club. Get a hobby. I’m sure Brewer has a nice golf course close by Mr. Bost.

I just watched a video on YouTube of Steven Boston. What a shame! I use videos of this sort to see if it is interesting enough for me to visit in person and possibly move to the city with a good combination of friendly people, businesses and such. The ladies the cameraman spoke with first seemed very cordial and helpful but with someone like Boston, I wouldn't waste my time and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Brewer's city manager and the police corporal don't shine a very good light in the town they are representing. 1 star is 1 to many.

Steve Bost’s irritability and apparent confusion may stem from any number of causes—senility, frustration at the challenges of performing a job he’s been promoted to beyond his competency, or he’s simply misunderstood and believes that the title ‘manager’ means he’s not a servant of the public. He might be having personal problems unrelated to his official capacity—his wife or husband may have lost patience with him and finally pulled up stakes for greener pastures, he may have been repeatedly outwitted by those rascally neighborhood kids, or small pets, and is too distracted by the humiliation to properly execute his duties. If anyone manages to find out the real cause, please let us know.

Town manager needs a reality check on how to treat people and respect USA citizens first amendment rights! What a jerk! Glad I don’t live in that town with somebody that is that rude and ignorant!!!

Terrible excuse of a city manger. Calling the cops for constitutionally protected activity…cameras only scare people who have something to hide…what is your city manager trying to hide?!

If Stephen Bost and officer Tardiff are still employed by this city, I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless you don’t care about courtesy or your constitutional rights being trampled upon.

Tell me the psycho city manager has been replaced and they have some cops up there now who know the law. They should be ashamed of themselves for their conduct. Pitiful…

Terrible videos of the city manager. Terrible attitude towards guests. Totally self unaware. Actually pitiful how he portrays himself and the city he works for.

I've seen the video from some youngster (who is bright, smart, and curious about the town) and the City of Brewer’s City Manager is one rude unprofessional person.

I would recommend anyone interested to watch the video available on YouTube about city hall and their aditude concerning public

Stephen Bost needs to be replaced as a public official. Pathetic excuse for a public servant.
