I've been going here for a few years and always have a great experience. Dr. Knippscher is the best doctor I've ever had. She really listens and cares about her patients. The staff are always so nice, helpful and welcoming. I feel taken care of.

I rarely have to wait long (which is unusual for a doctor's office!) when I check in for an appointment. They're also really good about working you in ASAP if you need to be seen - I couldn't wait for my future appt and they were able to schedule me the day I called. The staff is very friendly from start to finish. I've been very happy with Annette, Matt, the team at the front desk and checkout, and Brianna is awesome at a blood draw!

I have been going to this medical facility for approximately ten years.
If I could give more than five stars I would. Excellent care from
the wonderful Dr. Johnston. I saw Matthew DeRosby, PA-C one time,
also excellent. Employees very nice also. Building is handicap
friendly. Close parking. No walking on snow and ice in winter.
Approx. 20 minutes in waiting room. Only maybe 3 times I had
a much longer wait.

Our family doctor, Nina Fagles, moved from Orono to this location. She has always been a great doc, and the wait time and other staff in Brewer has always been good.

Our doctor just left. But the office staff is extremely nice every time we go. The nurses are patient with my daughter who is 6 months old. Dr.Roxas was who we had.

I've been disabled a long time. I've lived in Ny,Pa,Del. But my doctor here actually listened to me when I talk. That a blessing. Now I'm starting to live my life again thank you

My go-to place for health Care started by the doctor who cared for me for 25 years. He has finally retired whereas I have many more years to go. But the staff will carry on.

The staff and my primary care always treat me fair and kindly and unless out of their control get everything done in a very timely manner!

Seems pretty good. Maybe a little overworked at times, like everywhere, but I did get the feeling that they wanted to do well by me.

The PA was great, but all the unnecessary and unrelated demographic screening questions made me wary. I said "prefer not to answer" to many of them.

This office has a high turn over rate with Doctors, my kids have never had the same Doctor in 3 years for there well child check. When as3ked who my kids have for a Doctor i can't answer that. But the staff is always friendly.

I came in for my appointment and they require you to wear masks that they provide out of an open container that everyone touches because “I don’t know where you’ve been”. I wear a hijab style head covering as part of my religious practice and obviously the disposable masks with ear loops don’t work for me. I was told I couldn’t even put it under my own mask to hold it in place and had to “figure it out” and was suggested to TAKE OFF MY HEAD COVERING so that I could put it on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT INCLUSIVE. If they are going to require you to wear their masks they need to have ones that are inclusive that everyone can wear, or otherwise let patients wear their own masks. I also would like to add that the staff were not even using the same white disposable masks they were requiring patients to wear. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at the doctor and will not be visiting again.

My regular doctor Dr.haywood just retired. The Dr replacing him unfortunately is nowhere near as good as Dr Haywood was. I went to him for a referral to a specialist for my wrist and thumb and walked away with no doctor. He never looked at my injury. All he was concerned about was the pain meds (which I never asked about). I don't want to say anything else about Dr Haywood's replacement except I walked away from him in tears. That NEVER happened with Dr Haywood.

I went there as a new patient and the doctor I saw, Dr. Tauge tried to bully me into getting a Flu Shot. Told me I was irresponsible and that not getting one was ridiculous. Everyone else was very nice though. Not a very good first impression on her part.

I like the doctors here, but some of the nurses are profoundly insulting. Nurses like Chelsey are fantastic. However, nurses like Tammy, are amazingly disconnected from the real world, and offer nothing but intolerance and lack of compassion and understanding. I would avoid this practice.

Worst Dr. office I’ve ever encountered in my life ! I have been left in severe pain from a back injury for 1 1/2 years which recently got worse , when I was told to call my pcp Courtney Tag to discuss my pain and how I’m suffering, she didn’t even examine me ! I sat in the chair telling her how my right side was swollen from my back and she never even looked at it ! My blood pressure was 145/100 from pain and she dropped me as a patient for no reason at all ! What kind of a Dr. does this to someone ? I’ve never missed an appointment or did anything wrong . This is the sickest thing I’ve ever seen before.
