Walmart Pharmacy

This location is the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. I was previously a Rite Aid Pharmacy customer for years; after they transitioned to Walgreens Pharmacy their quality and customer service plummeted. At this Walmart Pharmacy however, I could not be more happier with their excellent customer service. And I rarely need to wait in line more than 5 minutes. And I really appreciate when they offer to scan non-pharmacy shopping items; sparing me an extra trip to their regular general merchandise cash register. Thank you!

Because of my ADHD I take Ritalin. At many other pharmacies, when I call or pick up, I am often scoffed at or passive-aggressively treated like a drug seeker. Not here. The pharm techs are sweet, attentive, and quick to help. A couple of times there has been a problem with the limitations of what I am allowed to pick up; once, it had been well over a month since I had last got my Ritalin, but the system said I wasn’t allowed a new one for a few more days. Despite being unable to do anything about it (Federal law), they were exceedingly compassionate and took the time to see if there was some sort of error they could correct. I feel validated and taken care of when I come here. They take my need for my medication, and the schedule I need it on, seriously. Won’t sent my scrips to anyone else.

I get all my vaccines here as they have the BEST bandaids. A white circle bandaid with a opaque center. They use alcohol, put bandaid on, give you the shot through the bandaid, and you're done. I love it. Less steps. And seems super sanitary.

The pharmacy in Augusta, Maine is the best in the area. Best prices, very helpful. I have a prescription that can be difficult and they jump through hoops to make sure I can get it. Usually I call my refills in and they are ready within a half hour.

I have switched to Walmart as my whole family’s pharmacy due to the swiftness, business hours and customer service. It’s further away but I still manage to get my medications quicker and with less errors.

This is by far the best pharmacy in the area. My prescriptions are always filled immediately and thr staff are so friendly and helpful.

I hate Walmart but I enjoy the going to there pharmacy. The customer service is amazing and help make up for the lack of by the general store employees

Only ever had one negative experience in this pharmacy and I think she was just having a bad day and needed someone to be the heavy. Every other experience has been exceptional!!!
Not an easy job being a tech (i speak from experience, they get the short end of the stick 99% of the time) so if you get one who greets with a smile and provides quality service take a moment and tell them thank you. small things mean a lot in this ugly world!!
