It is fun to go into the bookstore. They have so much more than just books. They have some toys, collectibles, vinyl records ,cds, and many fun items to look at. There is a Starbucks Cafe inside with an area to enjoy your beverages and treats.

This is a surprisingly large store! While it clearly hasn't been updated in some time, it's still a very decent place. Very large variety, spacious browsing spaces, and a decent cafe.

Bathrooms are a bit tough to find, in the back next to the music area.

A very large Barnes and Noble as far as things go. Beyond the usual selection of books you would expect, they also have a pretty extensive board game section with lots of modern and trendy board games, not just the classics that even some other far more specialized stores are limited to. We come here often to add to our collection!

Very clean and staff at the time we're friendly and helpful with the random questions I had. And a very nice selection of books, toys and collectables

Beautiful bookstore. They have a massive selection of books on tarot, pendulum work, crystals and wiccan religion. My son is a huge fan of the toy sections! Very nicely priced toys!

Buying Arrow and Criterion films during their 50% off sale is a must at Barnes and Noble! I often go there to just chill out at the Starbucks also because no other local cafes seem to be open in the evening.

This store really made me happy, or perhaps it was just the string of coincidence that took place. I visited the store looking for a specific book and the clerk said there was one copy left and brought me to the shelf where it should have been. Unfortunately I could not find it on the shelf. So, instead I decided to look at small craft type kits for the grandchildren. While I was looking at kits the book was literally two spots away on the shelf. I realize this isn't anything they actually did but just the fact that it was found made me happy. The employees in this store are very helpful at finding things and keep the store very clean and organized.

I recently visited the Barnes & Noble at the Marketplace in Augusta for this year's Christmas shopping and I am so glad I did! The selection of books was incredible - they had all the new releases available, as well as a great selection of older classics. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to recommend books based on my wife's reading preferences. The prices were also very reasonable. Even if you don’t buy anything, just browsing through this store is an absolute pleasure. They have a wonderful collection of book-related knickknacks that make great stocking stuffers, such as bookmarks, mugs, journals, and more. The atmosphere and décor are cozy yet modern - perfect for taking a break from your daily life and getting lost in a good book. In fact, I plan on going back soon to pick up some gifts for myself! I hope that Amazon never puts this amazing bookstore out of business – it’s one of my favorite in-store experiences in Augusta! Highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.
